This location used to be really good consistently, but over the last year or so, it's hit or miss. More miss than hit. The... fries are generally lukewarm and a bit soggy. Same with the burgers, if they are correct. Last time I had one fixed, it cameout dead cold. Great people, very friendly, but execution is lacking on the food. If I have the time, I generally will driveto a Whataburger 10-15 miles away just to avoid the frustration. Read more

Ordered curbside. I checked in and waited for 25 minutes. I finally went in and was told it was going to be a few minutes. When... I expressed my frustration, the worker walked behind the wall and returned with my food. It was cold. I had ordered breakfastand by this point it was 1130 so breakfast was over. This location is unorganized. Although it?s the closest to my house afterthis most recent experience coupled with the previous ones I will forever drive by this location off 3009 and I highly recommendyou do the same. Read more

Consistently wrong orders. Completely missed fries online order. Got home realized, returned and was asked if I wanted them! Of... course- you kidding? More workers talking than working, never fails slow to provide food, and can't get it right. Missing inall categories cost, accuracy/quality and speed. Good luck... multiple others with same issue in short period I was there. Read more

Very sad! although it was good to see a young black crew, the professionalism was not there. As I walked in floor was over wet... with no signs and as I went to the rest room I found out why as I observed an employee lifting his sleeve admiring his tats.After making my one sandwich order I waited a longer than usual time, which resulted in the official...( here you go) send off,only to return with a have made patty melt that was luke warm ...made my complaint holding back what I really wanted to say andleft because enough of my time was wasted and I needed to get to work. Use to be a good place to get good food, but lately seems the crew is more worried about their personal appearance or talking to... each other and finding ways to not do their job while they do their job. Don't get me wrong there are certain managers that arejust trying to do their jobs right and be a good manager, and when I go in when they are working I rarely have issues withanything service or food. But some managers and crew members seem to make it their job to give you a bad experience regardlessof how polite and accommodating you are to help get your order. Read more

This goes for all locations. Either I get parked being the only car in drive through or have to wait for someone to get their... giant order. Also may want to walk fast when you do park someone and not take your time as if you're on a personal break. Thisis why people say In N Out is better. Better service brings better quality. Read more

Ordered on the app for carrying out. Walked in, told them my information and they told me it would be a few minutes. Watched... them make my order then go set it on the back counter for 10 minutes. Once I asked for the cups so that I could fill themmyself, they grab my order off the back counter and bring it over to me. Fries are soggy and cold, burgers are cold and aren'tmade to order, and they didn't completely fill the order. They forgot an entree to one of the meals. This is definitely areflection of the management because they had a least 3 different managers walking around and what seemed to be plenty of staffthat was distracted by various electronics in their ears (not for taking orders in the drive thru) Read more

Customer service used to be so much better, but they seemed to have gone down dramatically in the last several years. Food is... still good, but takes more than a while if they have too many people at the same time. The place could be cleaner. The staff isall pretty young, which is not a bad thing, but they don't seem to be trained efficiently on customer service. This one time wewent all the fries were burnt ???? Read more
