Repeated the order twice to the employee at the register asked for a 8 peice combo meal with 4 bone in parmasean and 4 bonless... Hawaiian,with a upgraded large fry extra crispy extra seasoning. I ordered my food at 3:45 Abraham went to clean the big table on the back on his way back while I was serving my drink at the... drink station he dropped a tray on me with a soda and ranch and fries. He left with the tray and didn’t apologize. I got up toget some sauce for some plain wing on the side he was going to charge me. I was trying to explain to him I had ordered the plainwings and he answered the phone in front of me it was so disrespectful. I went on to the next person and he got mad because Idid that. And he said I’m gonna get you your sauce stop snapping at me I was allready up set he didn’t apologize fordropping left over food on me and he yelled at me 3 times the manager told him to stop. And he went to get the sauce. Themanager said it was corporate policy to answer the phones in 3 seconds. It was the worst experience for I have ever had forspending 55 on dinner for. Read more

I get this location is very busy, especially it's Friday night. But at the same time we had a busy day as well and all we wanted... was to enjoy some good food just to get home we're missing an order. Phone was forever busy as if it was off the hook. Thensomeone finally answered and tells you to hold without even waiting for me to say okay. So now my son who had a long day at workhad to drive back to your store to pick up the missing order. How about double checking before placing orders in the bag. So nowwe either will have to make sure we check our order from now on of go to a different location. Read more

This is easily the worst location in the entire SA area, I’m afraid to go there anymore because it’s always so bad. The food... either takes ridiculously long, sometimes is all cold and soggy by the time it gets to you and the employees have really poorcustomer service skills. One time the lobby was full with people waiting over an hour for their orders and one employee waswalking around with sticky notes that said her name and “$25” and she was telling people next time they came in she wouldgive them 25 bucks off their order LOL. I love wingstop but choose a different location if you can. Read more

Just had a very bad experience with a phoned in order. Well I called and was greeted by a very unpleasant employee to say the... least. She asked for a phone number for the order which I provided and see didn't get it the first time and told me too slowdown in a very disrespectful way at that. The correct response should've been along the lines of could you repeat the numder notslow down. I understand that people get tired or frustrated so I kept nice and finished the order. She informed me of the 35minute wait time and I said no problem. She(attitude) seemingly was trying to discourage me from ordering. I spend 30 to 50dollars at this location twice a week for my family and don't deserve this type of treatment. Read more

***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** I love me some wings! We placed an order via the app/website. It was timely and ready when we git... there! The young lady cashing me out was fast? Freindly and appologetic when she informed me they did not have a militarydiscount. We grabbed our bag and headed out! Everything was great until we realized they didn't give us any dips. Ugh! Wingswith out dip....FAIL???? Other then that? The wings were crispy and well seasoned. The Buffalo fries were DELICIOUS! We willbe back! Read more

*update Apparently if you show the blatantly disregard shown to us. They will flag and remove your review. Wish I could put zero... stars. Especially since they had no desire to correct this issue. I've gone on and on in my reviews about what makes a foodexperience great. The key element is consistency. This is a prime example of this stores problem. When people try to cut down onfood expenses, the customer is the one that gets shorted. Time and time again, this location mixes up orders, gives inconsistentserving sizes, or doesn't repeat the order taken. Only giving a one star because of the recurring patterns seen from my visitsto this location. Read more
