This location can be a hit or miss. This time my food was prepared perfect. But I came a week prior and the Koren BBQ had a... burnt taste and the sauce was BLACK. So I knew something was wrong. Ordered my food online to make the process quicker, arrived at store grabbed my "order" once I got home I realized half my order... was missing and or wrong. When I called back I was told there was no manager to speak with and that he would attempt to fix myorder. How do you attempt to fix an order? Long story short I ended up paying for a full order of thigh bites and only receiving3 I ended up buying a bundle with corn and only receiving 5 pieces of corn when the norm is usually 10. Stopped by the new Wingstop in Schiller Park this evening for dinner and was pleased with my order. The inside is very new & the... staff was getting into the motion of it all. My order took about ten minutes and the staff was really nice through the wholeprocess. There's a seating area inside, but I didn't use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until theorder was done. I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken wasreally good. I thought it would be weird that they weren't sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it's own.The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunchtomorrow. There is parking on site & it's free. There's only a few spaces, but they don't fill up since the space is new. Theparking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it's all one way parking so it's easier to move around. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! They have gone way downhill from a couple months back. I placed an order through Uber eats and... waited over 45 minutes for them to finish preparing my food. I ordered my wings WELL DONE and they were the squishiest wingsI?ve ever ate I had to peel the skin off because it was making me nauseous.
