The employees there were so rude and disrespectful to my 18yr old daughter tonight that she was literally in tears. One older... woman who said her name was Aggie had the audacity to ask her if she was pregnant and after my shocked daughter said no, shetold her that her shirt was extremely unflattering. After my daughter replied that it was a very rude thing to say and do, sheand the other employee started laughing at her. When I arrived to pick her up she told me what had happened and I confrontedthem asking for the manager or phone number of the store owner. She told me she was the manager and refused to give me theowners info. Young women in this society face enough pressures about their bodies and self image that they don?t need to be bodyshamed while patronizing a local business. Whoever the owner is, he seriously needs to rethink the type of people he employs. Wewill be sharing our experience and won?t be spending another penny at this establishment. Shame on you! Read more

No straw lids for frozen drinks, gave us strawberry ice when we ordered cherry, no napkins given or in sight, had us sign the... receipt for credit card with no specific place to sign name, never gave us copy of our receipt and the rewards scanning systemwasn?t working to earn our free ice!! We visit Rita's daily and this is the only location that never allows us to get toppings or milkshakes. This has happened twice... now. Tonight we arrived at 930 and was told we could not get any toppings or milkshakes. Walnutport location never has thisissue. Read more

I ordered a gelatti. It was the cheesecake cluster with watermelon ice. The red headed lady was so rude. She placed the cups on... the counter rudely. I had blue ice mixed with the watermelon in my cup and I didn?t order it. I wonder what would?ve happened ifI was allergic???? On top of that it was a mess how she prepared the gelatti .
