Don't bother trying to call the store and place an order. You get connected to some operator that is quite obviously not at the... store you're trying to call, you give your info then they apparently transfer you to the actual store you're trying to callwhere you sit on hold endlessly. It's a really great experience I'll probably never attempt to order from there again. Read more
As far as your basic pizza delivery joint, Domino's is okay. They've been particularly greasy, but drain and you're good to go.... For the price, I'd rather have Toppers if I'm headed out that way. Read more
Horrible customer service from employee who claimed to be the general manager. He refused to provide a first name, canceled my... order due to the fact I requested a warm pizza delivery and requested his name. I was black listed from the store for expectinga pizza to be delivered less than an hour late and expected to be treated with respect. I had Pizza Hut delivered within 20minutes after this order was canceled. It was hot delicious and with excellent customer service. Thank you Pizza Hut! Read more
I got outvoted so we went to this Domino?s. I generally favor other pizza. But I was pleasantly surprised at this location.... Best Domino?s pizza we?ve ever had. Hot, well-risen dough, all ingredients seemed fresh. I had to take off one star because Iselected curbside pickup but after 5 minutes (they claim your pizza is free after 2 min but that didn?t happen lol) I got aphone call asking if I was coming!? I was in the parking lot with my blinkers on just like app instructs. Maybe they don?tinstruct their employees on this system? Employee was super friendly but reading other reviews today I would agree with othersthat they definitely need to work out how they are handling curbside orders. Ordered a pizza, the estimate was 60 minutes. According to the tracker it came out of the oven at 7:15. Didn't get delivered... until 9:45 pm and was cold, a courtesy call would have been nice that I was going to get a cold pizza, so then I could'vecanceled my order. I ordered 2 thick crust pizzas for pick up on my way home. I live 20 min away from store. I pick them up and go home. When I get... home and open them I find both are thin crust. A very simple order that was messed up. Read more
