The service is here has become horrendous over the last few weeks and the managements attitude about it is uncalled for. It... should not take twenty minutes for an order of french fries and to have had to wait so long three times in the last two weeks isterrible. And when it was brought to management's attention, the response of "what can I do about it" is not management. Read more
I have been receiving some of the worst service from the McDonald's in schofield,, Wisconsin for about 5 years now. they seem to... always mess my order up. it's pretty sad when the employee asks what you want, and then gives you want they think you said. evenwhen they ask what did you say they still get it wrong. I will not be going to that McDonald's again. and you should either.waste of time and money. Read more
Went inside and use the kiosk and only bought one thing of french fries. before I bought a whole bunch to see what they tasted... like. It was a long wait until I got my one thing french fries and the french fries themselves were insanely horrible. it waslike two day old French fries like how hard they were. This was McDonald's last time I will never go to a McDonald's againthey're standards must be non existent. It's even sad that I have to rate a one-star it should be no star or even a negative. Was not happy on 8/10/22... Ordered 2 mcdoulbes only ketchup plus bacon and got 2 mcdoulbes with bacon.... I don't like onions... or mustard or pickles on my burgers. Very disappointed Read more
I typically leave early to show up to work 15 minutes before my start time. If I don?t have time to make myself lunch, I will... leave an extra 5 minutes early to go through the drive thru of this particular McDonald?s because they were always reliable toget me in and out of the drive through in minutes. (Mind you I only order a small fry, a McDouble, and a medium soda) the lasttwo times, yesterday in particular, I waited 12 minutes. Now, it?s one thing to wait for food because you need more fries orwhatever, but I saw all the cars that were behind me get their food. The guys who was parked behind me got his very large order(2 large bags) and I was still sitting there waiting for my small order. I have never been more outraged. I was within minuteson making it on time for work. And the sad part is, within the last two weeks, this has happened. Where I have waited aridiculous amount of time for my food and watch everyone else get theirs. I guess long story short, don?t go to this locationif you want consistent service. Order was incorrect, some items made wrong some items missing. Staff was rude. They spent more time talking to their friends... than actually taking orders or preparing them. Read more
I like this Mc Donalds. They never got my order wrong yet. Never had any bad food or grievance about customer service. Like most... places at times they are short staffed but they get a lot of business. Read more
