Rude person taking orders at the drive-thru and got our order completely wrong

Got the wrong type of tacos in my order. No big deal. When going back through the drive though to get the correct type, the... first thing the lady (who didn?t take my order) said to me that it was my fault, not the girl who took my order. Really? That?show you start a conversation with a paying customer who is NOT upset? Ok, so now I?m upset! She gives me the correct order, plusthe side of cheese which the girl had forgotten ( which I was charged for). Then discovered when I got home that I didn?t getthe packets of hot sauce I had asked the girl for when paying. She forgot the side of cheese & hot sauce packets, but I?m theone who ordered the wrong taco type. I don?t think so. Read more
I stopped decided get some Taco John's for lunch with Grandma. I ordered her a beef burrito with cheese which was great. I had... ordered a steak super burrito. It was all rice and black beans and pico de gallo I had six to seven pieces maybe of steak meat,mind you they were pretty little. I will not order a $7 burrito again from there. This is not the first time either. So if youlike meat ,you either going to pay for extra or you barely get any. Read more
Always liked Taco Johns over the "other taco place". Just like the taste of their food. This TJ is a newer store but does have... limited seating at lunch time. But the food is great & the service is even better! Very polite, professional staff every time wehave been there. Read more
