Standard Jersey Mike's fare. Great sandwiches with very thinly cut meat and shredded lettuce. The service was great, so no... complaints here. I definitely like these subs more than subway or Charlie's. Always get the same thing, #13 Original Italian,giant sized and Mike style! Read more

If I could leave 0 stars... I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE ever had in my life thus far. Management needs to step up... because this place is a total mess. Your very unprofessional rude employees turned away not only One but TWO pregnant womenvery rudely must I add.. how hard is it to make ONE more sandwich? Waited ten mins in line, we were the LAST people In theline- EVERYONE IN LINE got their food- shortly after those people left - we were ignored for a good minute or two before beingtold ? were closed now leave ? ..... I?m one week away from my due date - and my friend who is six months pregnant decidedit was still okay to wait in life for a sub, there was only a couple people in line.When We got in line was 15 mins beforeclosing. Seems reasonable right? We didn?t just walk up at closing time. We waited a decent amount of time in line. When I gothome I called to ask if the manager was there or when she would be in, and the teen over the phone wouldn?t tell me when themanager Would Be in, or her name! He was Awful to speak to. This location gets my order wrong every time. And when they get it wrong, they try to pick off the stuff I don?t want instead of... just making another sandwich. Very low standards and horrible customer service. Soldiers deserve better inside of their own PX. Read more

Too overpriced for a mediocre sandwich, cost of production, and cost of service.

Ordered food here three times and they have screwed up my order all three times. Twice they gave me the wrong sandwich and once... they forgot to make the sandwich. If you order more than one sandwich, either make them all hot or all cold. Because if you mixhot and cold sandwiches, they WILL screw up your order. I'm 3 for 3 so far... Read more
