Food is always good. Love especially the fries and coffee. Only complaint is the hours. I come out of work after 11 and although... the sign for the drive thru ready "24 hours", half the time the drive theu is closed. Always disappointed. Read more
Telling customers to wait in spots 1,2, or 3 doesn't actually speed up your drive through; it just artificially improves your... time at the window. Corporate needs to stop measuring success by time at the window and focus on time for service. Read more

Fastest freshest mcdonalds I drive through. Owners always giving away stuff in the community. Free coffees at schomberg fair and... free coupons at the mayor's luncheon and golf tournaments. I don't like McDonald's really. But these owners are doing afantastic job. I cannot give 5 star to McDonald's because I will lose my credibility as a restaurateur. Read more
Extremely inconsistent service at this location. Would recommend curb side vs. drive-through. Placed an order on the app and... when I asked them to fix the size of my drink, the girl said she I entered the wrong size and she would fix it but I?d need tobe more careful next time - showed her my receipt with correct size selected and was not given an apology for their mistake.Apparently it was the cup dispenser?s fault. Positive: staff are great and helpful. Food was hot and fresh and the regular customers were cheerful with everyone including to... the staff that were overwhelmed today. Negative: staff chewing gum on the floor making orders. The place looked congested inthe kitchen area with staff tripping over each other and the lobby was disgusting. It's a brown tile floor but the mud was sobad it made the tile color look nicer. The metal doors going out to the parking lot frame looked like it had grease markings sowhat was a silver door was black markings at the bottom. Windows were needing a wash and the ledges had food from the day beforeit looked like. I am not normally this hard on reviews but being a past employee in Ottawa and what Mc Donald's cleaning andcustomer experience expectation this was not how a store should look like. Being there waiting for my big order I knew it wouldtake time I was not holding it against them as it was morning breakfast rush at 9:30 in the morning. Buy by the time we got ourfood, eaten and left not one employee was out to clean the dinning area. They did help customers get orders to their tables andtake any trash as they were passing by. Every time I come here to order a French fry or a coffee I have to pull up in the parking lot and wait for it it's as if they... try to take in as many customers as possible and then serve them later. Cynthia is a pleasure to deal with in the morninghowever and kind of makes up for this She always has a smile on her face which is nice however there is a another lady that Handyou the food at the 2nd window and No matter what you say she will not respond to you she just seems to hate her job I amalways polite to her I always say thank you and good morning and she straight up just says nothing back this is one of mybiggest pet peeves Read more
This McDonalds is so disgusting. The washrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned for 3 days! The worst is they are like that... all the time. I ordered a coffee with sugar free vanilla and a med fries. I waited for almost 10 mins, there was only 3 peoplewaiting and I was the first to order. They got my order wrong. I mean come on! Read more
