Well... Let's start with the argument between two employees that we had to wait to finish before we got our drinks. Not a... single thing we ordered was done as we ordered it. I mean, I know it's McDonald's, but, at least don't argue in front ofcustomers and then get an attitude when you point out your order is so much like what you didn't order, that you question if itis your order. Went to the drive threw and placed my order for a special that was clearly on the menu board and when i went to pay for it the... order was way more then it should of been. When i questioned why the special price wasnt on my total she got nasty with me andsaid the special was done the day before. she would not give me the special price. Im sorry if its clearly right in front of youand says its a special then it should be honored. Manager was just as nasty as the order taker. Very unfriendly andunprofessional workers. Read more
Went through the drive thru and I got the wrong order. I went back and went inside the place was a mess. The employee looked at... you but never said anything to me or the other customers standing there waiting. There was No ice in the pop machine. Whenthey asked me what was wrong I told them and they were rude about it. I did get what order but the second time around. I have abad experience with this location a few times. Choice of biscuits and gravy, egg& sausage muffin was good for my grandchildren. Pricing was $11 , reasonable for 3 items and... drink. But service was lacking in available counter staffing. Read more
Waited 30min to get a Bic Mac meal, after I saw 10 cars get their food through the drive through. And then a person who ordered... after me inside also got their Big Mac before me. Finally got my food and she said she upgraded my medium fry to large. Iordered and paid for a large in the first place. Don?t go here unless you have spare time and like being frustrated. Read more
These employees try their hardest to get the job done while at the same time getting all the hate from so many people. being... understaffed can be a hard and challenging time for a big fast food chain and as a fast food worker myself I have been throughtimes like that. I have never seen a McDonald's as filthy as this one. There was dirt and trash on the floor throughout the restaurant. The... bathroom was disgusting. Was afraid to order food after looking at the dining area. Read more
