The manager was incredibly aggressive towards me when I called to ask why they did not salt my fries. Instead they threw a... handful of packets into the bag. Which is incredibly lazy. She claimed she personally salted them herself and threw extrapackets in. Then proceeded to call me a liar. Even though she was the one who was lying. I shouldnt have to do her job afterpaying $26 for a Double Qtr Pounder meal. (Door Dash). My food was also cold, missing items, and the soda was flat and at roomtemp. Her aggression had only gotten worse through out the call. She has no clear idea what professionalism is at all. Don't waste your time! Past 3 visits have been awful, missing fries in a happy meal, another time expired apples (by 4 days) in... a happy meal, and now being yelled at by a worker about what was my order (after the other young lady asked could I pull up myorder) and then he handed me my order and slamming the window. I get it not everyone likes being in customer service and if youdon't like people or can't be nice to them, why not work on the food line and let someone else who can politely talk tocustomers take on that job. I went for breakfast today. I went to the drive-thru it was super busy.. and busy I understand I also work in customer service... and I know how hard it is right now... Long story short I ordered breakfast and I ordered two drinks my hot food came out I wasasked to pull forward for my two cold drinks. I waited as at least 6 or 7 orders got completed watching them get full mealsdrinks everything through the window as I sat for more than 15 minutes for 2 cold drinks. Nobody ever came to the window I hadto pull out I had to leave because I was late. So I left with cold breakfast and nothing to drink for an order that I paid for.On the positive side the girl who was working the window and taking the order for me and taking my money was a very sweet andnice person. Worst McDonald's ever. An hour before closing, menu screens are off and they have THE dumbest people on. Fries were yesterday's... fries and when we requested new ones, the girl gave me an attitude! Will never come back. Should have went to Burger King. Atleast there if you wait, your foodnis fresh & hot! Read more
They do the best they can, I guess, with the turnover rate of personnel and supply shortages. The missing star is for not... keeping their employees retained. I actually go out of my way because the quality of food and service here is markedly betterthan the more convenient location. Kudos! Read more
Nice clean McDonald's. Wish they'd go back to breakfast all day though or at least until 12pm
The people that work here are actually incompetent. They will literally read your order to you and have it up on the screen and... then forget what you ordered and argue with you about it after you've paid for it. They will lose your order to, in an emptydrive thru line. But don't worry they'll try and give you someone else's order, and they'll even punch the inside of the windowto demonstrate how frustrated they are. In short, if you want your food made by the bottom of the fast food line come here. Hellthey'll put mayo and pickles on your breakfast when it's obviously not on the sandwich. Most of the staff is very friendly(Most) Understaffed in my opinion for how busy they get. **Food is always fresh. The new... crispy chicken sandwiches rank up there with my favorite place chic Fil a ??????? I think it's the bags ???? ???? I'll grabpics the next time I get one. ** I also door dash. This location ranks up there with - take your time because for the mostpart they do. The 1 manager doesn't even care that she makes snide remarks thinking you can't read lips...
