We've visited multiple El Limon locations and I can tell you multiple issues this place has despite them only being open for 2... years. While we asked for Diet coke, our waitress came with diet coke plastic bottles and charged us as Mexican coke. That wasdeceitful. She made it seem like the restaurant didn't have fountain drinks. When we left the restaurant they had a fountaindrink with Pepsi products but she had not indicated any of this. It's deceitful!!!! We ordered tamales and they were the driestmost dough filled tamales I've eaten. Someone obviously doesn't know how to make tamales but other locations don't make it thisway. There was hardly any meat either. We ordered the Alhambre with 2 meats. This comes with bacon, sauce and cheese. It hardlyhad cheese, it had 3 small pieces of bacon and no sauce on top. Taste was great but ingredients were delinquent. My three girlsordered supreme tacos. For an additional $1.00 for 2 tacos, they skimped on all toppings. Beware of this. I know times are hardfor everyone but this is just unacceptable. We could have said something but our waitress seemed to not know much when we askedquestions. Read more

The service was great, atmosphere on the back patio was just perfect, so cute, great ambiance. Food = outstanding,... authentic....not Margaritas chain food stuff. This was really good! It is a BYOB, you get two complimentary margarita per personbut just bring your own stuff, no biggie. Food will not disappoint. Had a long week this week and El Limon with friends + familywas just what the Doctor ordered. Highly recommend. Read more

We had a huge, delicious chorizo burrito and a chicken quesadilla. Sat on the front porch - it was perfect.

Place was busy! Isn't that a good sign though? Kid got the shrimp tacos with red sauce (loved them), wife got the tortilla... salad with tinga. I got a burrito with mole sauce. We got the churros for dessert. Everything was wonderful! Red sauce wasspicy as was the mole sauce. Picture is of the Al Pastor Burrito with mole sauce. Read more

This visit I chose to sit outdoors in the evening. The restaurant is small peaceful, the kitchen was very clean and orderly and... for a small kitchen that's pretty good. A small yet spacious room for seating indoors, as well as a covered wraparound deck thatadds a very nice comfortable place for couples to sit for dinner and conversation. plenty of parking, a large clean unisexbathroom, fast and polite service, a very moderately priced menu and the food is delicious! On Friday's the margaritas arecomplementary and feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverage because this is a BYOB restaurant. A very enjoyable night outdining that is very friendly on your wallet. They are only open just less than a year and I have to say everything wasfantastic. definitely worth a stop for some nice Mexican food. Read more
