Don?t order from this location. There is a reason the majority of the store?s reviews are one-star. Placed an order over 3 hours... ago. Our order tracking is now saying it was delivered, but we do not have our pizza. Called the store multiple times and no oneanswered. Read more
We waited 45 minutes outside for our pizza! Then he said they didn't even make it yet! First we ordered and waited outside the... restaurant for 15 minutes and then I went inside and asked if it was ready yet and the person said no he will start making itnow and I said ok. Then after 15 more minutes I came back and asked and he said there were other orders so i waited evenlonger. Finally after 45 minutes I was fed up and asked and he did not even start making it yet! He said that the pizza saucehad to be made and I got so passed I told them to just cancel my order. I can't believe I waited so long and they didn't evenbother making my pizza! Read more
Everytime I go into one of these places the pricing is never the same as online and that is unfortunate. This is one of the... reason I will never buy from another Domino's again!! I ordered from here twice and had terrible experiences both times. The first time, the order was three hours later than it was... supposed to. The guy who answered my phone calls (I called multiple times) deeply apologized, explained that he had issues withan employee, and eventually it was delivered. I am barely in the area, so not like I would order from here often. The secondtime, I ordered through the app and had my delivery marked as delivered. Nothing came. I proceeded to call, and was hung up onmultiple times. Now I am spam calling until I get a person, and already reported to corporate through multiple avenues and planto stop payment on the card that I used. Read more
I have to say domino?s customer service in scotch plains on 2nd street is by far the worst I?ve ever had. They screwed up... multiple orders refused replacement and refund and after all that they blocked our number from calling to the store. Domino?s isofficially off the dinner table for good. Put in online at 6:42 order Got here at 7:00 for curbside pick up. order said ready by 6:54 to 7:04 waited 30 minutes in my car....
