My only????problem with subway is that they dont keep the food trays or condiment trays closed. I know it's for fast access to... make sandwiches to get the customers in and out. But I feel that it is????unsanitary and i think anything can fall in there. Read more

I have never experience such poor customer service. I frequent this location however, I usually order in store. Today I decided... to order ahead using the app. I ordered and arrived at the store 16mins later to be told the order had no been received and thesandwich had not been made. I expected that by showing the employee my subway confirmation and PayPal receipt that he would besorry for the delay and make my sandwich. He said he could not make my food until he received the order on his computer. I askedhim if he expected me to wait until the order (which was placed now 20mins ago) would arrive. I then asked him to refund mewhich is said he could not/would not. He said I would have to phone subway customer service to deal with this. On my way home, Icalled subway to only be given automated message machines. At this point I drove back and told him that he had to take my nameand number and call me when he receives my order and refund me immediately. Terrible customer service. I showed him confirmationand payment. If (for whatever reason) the store didn?t ever receive the order they would lose out in a couple of dollars of thecost but now they have lost out on a customer forever. Have some common sense. It?s your issue. Make the sandwich and apologize.Still chasing my refund. Read more

I have visited this location twice since the Watchung location has been closed. On both occasions the staff ( same gentleman had... an attitude ). My young ones noticed his attitude as well. Everyone has their days and I know that some customers are not easyto deal so I am going try forget those incidents. I would at least like one day where this fellow does not have an attitude. Usually this would be our go to place as my 7yr old loves subway every now and again. So on March 11, 2020 my husband and son... set out to go purchase a sandwich for our son. He arrived there at 735pm to the doors of the establishment locked, he thenknocks the door, the employee was there making a salad, says I'm closed and ignored my husband standing out in the cold. He thenwalks away and went to the back employee area or the establishment. Another customer walks up to my husband and asked are theyclosed? So they engage in conversation with the other customer saying that is so rude. I then told my husband to take a pictureof the establishment. Now the establishment time listed on their facility says open until 8pm and the website says 10pm but thisguy left 2 customers outside in the cold at 735pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely lost my family as customers. Read more
