Once is enough. Decided to try Bowled using a Local Flavor deal. Staff never once made me feel welcomed as a customer. Staff... said the printed certificate with QR code was insufficient and they needed me to find it on my phone. Calling the shift leader,however, made that problem go away. I ordered a acai bowl when my order arrived on my receipt on the bag had everything I ordered. To my disappointment when I... opened it , it was a chocolate bowl. I called them they said because I got it delivered by grubhub there was nothing they coulddo.. but bowl packed my order. And the person was rude. Read more
I went in today with my coworker, we purchased smoothies for the staff and 3/5 smoothies taste horrible.The cups did not have... proper lids and was never warned. Some of the smoothies spilled over. This interior is very nice and cozy they staff need tocommunicate better with the customers . I wanted to come back but reconsidering. I really want my smoothies to be redone. Ordered online which was a painless experience. Menu easy to navigate, options easy to figure out. Prices are a bit... ridiculous. Adding chicken was like $6 for a small amount maybe 2 oz. salad with chicken and a smoothie was $22 for something Ihonestly could have made at home for $4. salads are packed tight to the top with no room to mix items together. Will say theavocado was ripe which is a very hit or miss issue in takeaway. Was not given a straw or fork. Altogether pretty meh experiencefor middling quality ingredients but bad prices. New edit: tried again a week later. chose the nut ella waffle with addedbanana. arrived slightly early and was told my order was almost ready. being that I had to wait a couple minutes I expected afresh item, but the waffle is lukewarm and hard. I stopped in for a quick bite around 1. I enjoyed their bacon waffle bowl, service was quick, price was reasonable. They were... out of acai, one of their signature dishes, but they have many choices. I would say they are worth a try. Read more
Food was tasty, but portions were a bit small for the prices posted.
This location just opened a couple of days ago. I went there with my wife and we have never been to a place like this. The menu... if very easy to understand and the staff was very kind and helpful. It was only a 3-5 minute wait for the bowl to be made. Thesalad was delicious. I got a grilled chicken salad and the only thing I will change next time is ask them to toss the chicken inwith the salad because it was a bit dry. Overall it was great. I have been on and off the keto diet for several years with greatsuccess and this place with definitely make it easier to find food options in a pinch. Read more
Always fresh and always ready on time. Have never picked up an order that is missing anything. Lots of parking, easy to get to.
