Nobody was really paying attention to wait on customers and when I ordered a hot fudge sundae they realized the hot fudge... machine wasn?t plugged in (it was one hour until they closed so I?m not sure how that would happen). Not the typical Ben &Jerry?s service/experience you?d expect. Read more
