It's obviously a convenient location and not a true DD since it's run by GWL. Prices are more expensive, and cannot use DD... rewards app. I placed a big order 2 days in a row for our family and both days we had issues. The first day the coffee ordersweren't marked, the sandwich orders were mixed and the cashier forgot to give us our donuts. Always ask for a receipt! He hadcharged us for an extra item as well in error. The second day, we used the kiosk to avoid the line. I got a notice that my orderwas ready, but it was only our coffee. Waited 10 minutes to ask about the food and apparently it was cleared off the screen andnever started?! Good thing I asked or I would have waited longer for no reason. Read more
I can't believe the number of 1 star reviews for this place. I've only been here once so maybe they've improved a lot recently.... I was in a large group of 10 people and we all got various hot food and coffee drinks. They got our whole order done in under 20minutes despite the crowd, everything was right, and tasted great. I've had worse experiences ordering dunkin on my own. Don'tlet the reviews turn you off if this place. I'm sure they've made mistakes (so does every restaurant) but I think the peopleleaving reviews here are just a bunch of Karens. Read more
This place is horrible. I got 4 iced coffees all of them weren?t even sweet no sugar no nothing at all. I also waited 30 mins... for drinks only to find out they didn?t even add the drinks. Read more
Only order easy coffee or donuts. For 2 Hot breakfast sandwiches the wait time this morning at 8am took 1 hour and 20 minutes to... fulfill. The team is not organized and there seems to be no management to the flow. After waiting a half hour to get through theline just to order, they had me change my bagel option at minute 45 of the waiting for food line to something else as they ranout. I suggest getting in you car and driving to town for Dunkin?. It would be significantly faster. Read more
0 stars if I could. The worst coffee I have ever had. They didn't even fill my cup up. The doughnuts were double the regular... price. They don't use the app so you don't get credit for your expensive order. They don't have dome lids so ordering whip creamis a hassle. I had to squish the whip cream to get a flat lid on the cup. We added the hotel sugar and creamer to the coffeethat already had extra sugar and cream and it was still disgusting. I'm glad this isn't my regular Dunkin. Read more
Not a true Dunkin. No DD app or mobile pay. Also no basics like almond milk. Prices are outrageous. I understand a little... increase for being on site, but a small hot coffee is $2.49, the same coffee 1.6 miles down the road at DD is $1.69. So make theshort drive and support the local franchise. ALSO the open and close times are just suggestions. Got there at 8 pm and they werealready closed, locked up and long gone. Read more
Feels like they process customers at half the rate of a normal DD, possibly due to a good percentage of orders being somehow... wrong when they call out the customer's name for pickup. It definitely seems to be more on the order prepping side than theorder taking side. And they haven't accepted the mobile app for over a year while sporting a sign saying "at this time" as if itwere a temporary problem. I guess when no one stays here more than a few days they think they can get away with deceptivesignage. Read more
Never again! Yesterday I waited 45 minutes thinking they were just busy and finally I asked somebody about my order and they... didn?t even know they have my order until I showed them my receipt. Anyway, I went again the second time thinking it was just amishap. I woke up early. I was the second person before they open and they didn?t have my order again!!! What a waste of time!The coffee isn?t worth it. If they only have another coffee place in the hotel. The worker pretended that she didn?t knowsomebody ordered cappuccino! What the heck!
