So I just went and picked up my chicken alfredo pasta...only 3 bites in and felt something hard in my mouth...I actually thought... it was a piece of my tooth...come to find out it was a screw!!! ****Well, just asked about a carry out for 2 medium pizzas for 6.99. They said it's been changed for online only. So i asked... about a manager's coupon. " no sorry". Hung up when i said maybe i should just call domino's. Before i even got domino's out ofmy mouth. Guess I'll do without pizza because i hate domino's and the service at pizza hut is ridiculously rude and such ahassle. ***.. what's the matter with people?? Just saying. Check your employees who damage your business Tytyvm And you alwaysforget to double cut. You never double cut my pizza!!!!! I always ask, but you never do. Well we placed a order over $100 very frustrated with this Pizza Hut. Only 1 thing was right with the order and it was the... cheesy bread. We kept the stuffed crust pizza just because the kids was hungry but it was missing the pepperoni. The order wasmissing the apple pies and boneless and bone in wings and the thin crust pizza was like it was slushed around in the box . Verydisappointed !! I would have gave zero stars if I could have, worst order delivery we ever had. Currently waiting on them tomake it right so the rest of the guests at my home can eat . Read more
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat. Me and my group were highly disappointed and frustrated with the customer service... at this location. We placed a online order that we usually do at any Pizza Hut locations without any problems. I did the sameand placed a order for over $200. The order went through and a minute later I get a phone call stating that they didn?t have thematerials to make the pizza. The Pizza Hut employee stated that the order would be canceled. I asked a question if I willreceive a email or notification that the order will be canceled. The employee stated I would need to take this up with my bank.Which didn?t make sense and I asked if I can just get a receipt. The employee hung the phone up in my face. I called it againand spoke to Anthony and I stated what happened and I was just trying to get a receipt. I said hey I?ll just come to the storeto get my refund and receipt. He insisted I don?t have to come and he would text me the receipt. He put me on hold for fiveminutes and then hung up again. I went to the store and I was greeted by Anthony. I looked around and they were making a lot ofpizzas inside the location. I asked can I please have the receipt and why you keep hanging up the phone. His response I don?tknow. I finally got the receipt and I asked him his name prior to me asking I didn?t know the employee name. He asked me why doI need his name repeatedly and I informed him I just want to put down who I talked to just in case there is a issue. I asked himfor a pen and he said he doesn?t have one and when I pointed one out. He grabbed the pen and threw down in my direction andmumbled profanity as he walked off. I was really disappointed and disgusted by his behavior and the entire staff. It was one ofthe worst experiences I ever had. We left to avoid any confrontation or any further issues. We usually order from this location a lot, however today the Pepperoni pizza we ordered taste rancid and i only was only able to... eat half of a slice. Not sure whats going on but this was not the usual Pepperoni pizza taste. I gave it 1 star to write thereview, but would have gave it 0 stars if I could have. . Read more
First time ordering from this location. Everything went as plan but I'll give a better review when it's my 3rd order. The pizza... was hot and fresh and it was correct. Just stood around for a minute for someone to help us but the looked busy. Moved from adifferent location bc they never got anything correct. Read more
