First of all popeyes prices are unbelievably expensive!!! This particular popeyes the cashier in drive through was nice until I... opened my 2pc chicken up and the thigh was smaller than the leg. I asked her for another thigh, she explained they all were thatsize in a very mean voice. I paid almost 9 dollars for a dinner that didnt fill me up. Showed up when they opened and had an online order placed, was told at the drive through they would open in 20 minutes and so I... waited. After waiting about 30 minutes I was told at the drive through that they would open in another 30 mins. I don't have anyac in my car so I wasn't willing to wait another 30 minutes to get the order I placed 30 minutes before that. Read more

I ordered on the app ahead of time thinking it would save time. When I got to the store, the drive thru line was wrapped around... the entire building and didn't move at all for a solid 30 minutes. Occasionally people would walk out and tell us it wascomplete chaos inside and we should go somewhere else. Because we paid already on the app, we stuck it out. We finally got tothe window after about 45 minutes to be told they couldn't find our order and was pulled forward. After ANOTHER 20 minutes ofwaiting I went in to ask where our food was. Once again, I was told they couldn't find my order. I showed my receipt and themanager said the problem was that they ran out of lids for the sides (don't ask me how that erases my order) Eventually we didget our food, but the entire experience was awful. I'll drive 20 extra minutes before going back here again. The store only hada few customers inside and plenty of employees behind the counter. Total time I was waiting over an hour for my food. I have been eating at Popeyes for 40 years and this location in Scott, LA just served me the worst meal I have ever had from... this franchise. There was no line at the drive through at a few minutes before 6pm which I thought was odd during peak dinnertime. That should have been a clue. I ordered a 2pc dark spicy with fries and a side of red beans and rice. As I drove awayopened the box to start munching on the fries. They were cold. Not even warm. I kept grabbing for more thinking the hot friesmust be in there somewhere. Not. Then I found the leg and took a bite. Hot but disgusting. Chalky over cooked, not crispy andzero seasoning. I mean zero! Worst fried chicken I ever had in my mouth. I arrived at home and opened the red beans and rice. Sad to say that the cup wasn?t even half full. See the pic I included. The owner of this location has zero control over thequality and preparation of his or her products. The franchiser or corporate office should shut this location down! Hot, fresh and plenty of flavor. Exactly the kind of reliability you're looking for when stopping on a road trip. Friendly... service kept wait time at home the counter to a minimum. Fountain drinks were not mixed right. Took 20 minutes to get out food after given the wrong order. Tea tasted old.

The drive thru employee was very rude and barely let me finish my order. I ordered a root beer and was given a dr pepper, not a... big deal but when I arrived home I realized that I did not get the correct sides for my meals, and I did not get the sauces ORmy dessert (that I paid for) oh...and I ordered spicy, not mild chicken that tasted a day old.
