This is not so much a review as just thanking someone for their kindness. The manager here at Wendy's on Ambassador Caffery in... Scott (wish I had caught her name) gave me my food order for free, just because I was being nice and polite, according to her!I was speechless! It's not that $9.00 was going to break me, but that someone appreciated my apparent kindness and paid it backto me! Definitely something we could use more of in the world today! May God bless her! Wendy's 208 Ambassador Caffery near Scott/I-10, Horrible last night. Person taking order at speaker sound like she definitely... didnt want to be there. Ordered food, At speaker box asked to drop fresh. After waiting 10 minutes received my food, was notfresh. Asked again to drop fresh waiting 15 more minutes for the same food, was never dropped fresh. Ridiculous, dont have time,gas, or money to waste. Called the next day spoke to manager (Rhoda) on duty about situation, she stated they dont do refunds.Please spend your money somewhere else! Read more
