My biggest complaint after having been to multiple Starbucks over my lifetime is that they don't care about the people who are... actually in store ordering. They need to have at least one person who will make drinks for who's actually in the store. Everyonewas working on mobile orders and you would be standing right there and after ordering you would be waiting 10 to 15 minuteseasy. They don't even have a drive-thru at this location which makes even less sense Read more
