My biggest complaint after having been to multiple Starbucks over my lifetime is that they don't care about the people who are... actually in store ordering. They need to have at least one person who will make drinks for who's actually in the store. Everyonewas working on mobile orders and you would be standing right there and after ordering you would be waiting 10 to 15 minuteseasy. Wrong operating hours listed online. FYI - This AAFES location closes at 5pm everyday, and has closed register 10 mins before... closing on 3 different occasions. Read more

I typically go to the O?Fallon Starbuck?s because it?s 50/50 that anyone working knows how to make a venti double shot. Bringing... my whole family this morning for convenience and having all our drinks made with 4 shots and then pouring espresso beforemilk(essentially a latte) makes me remember that if I?m late I should just wait until lunch to go to another Starbuck?s.
