The gentleman working the counter was rude and acted inconvenienced by the fact that he had to do his job. He was also demeaning... with his body language and facial expressions in such a way that I felt lessser of a person for using change instead of notbeing poor. Overall the employees at most caseys general stores are rude and uninviting in my personal experience. There are 2other gas stations available that would do a better job at making me feel welcome. Ordered pizza online it was supposed to be done at 5:39. My son went in at 5:45 to get it and they said 4 more minutes and still... waiting at 6:08 for it to be done. So 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done and still waiting. Read more
Good place to go, friendly people, except 1 guy, the worker was kinda rude towards a specific type of person.
I am not from around here but I was working here in Scott city Kansas and my crew and I went in there at 6 a.m. and heard... nothing but complaining from the employees about there manager and then someone called the deli asking for gas prices and the 3women in there were cussing out the customer for asking a gas station what the gas prices were. Not from around here and needed fuel, it was where I needed it when I needed it. It was clean inside (including the restroom)... and seemed to be well stocked and in order. It's a small location but I was able to make it in and fuel easily with a traileron. Read more
Tried their Gluten Free pizza. The crust held together well, wasn't dry and crumbly or overly chewy. Taste was not over... powering and allowed the pizza to taste like pizza. Will be adding this to my list of food stops. Read more
Something is wrong with this Casey's. I travel, so I eat pizza from several Casey's locations and this one doesn't have enough... pizzas on the single slice racks. On average they seem to have two slices around 12 p.m. perhaps I'm exaggerating, but itwouldn't be by much. I've visited this location about 20 times or more already through out the years and it still holds true. Ieven look back into the kitchen to see if they have pizzas in the oven and they don't even appear to be cooking anything. Theytend to have two cooks in the kitchen when I'm there. It's usually good, but the quality is inconsistent. I think I mightstart adding photos. 1. On june 22 2022 12:48 PM they had just put one full pizza on the single pizza rack as I walked in. 2.On July 8 2022 10:00 AM, they had no pizza and no pizza in the oven. Staff appeared to be short.
