People that just don?t care. Called to place an order for pickup and the lady?s first words were ?please hold?. So she set the... phone down while I listened to them work, talk, and laugh for over 10 minutes before hanging up. Placed an online order anddrove there. After waiting, waiting, and more waiting, the other lady says it?ll be 7 more minutes and to pull to the Tudor?swindow. Wasn?t 7, it was another 25 minutes before I had to wave one of the cooks down and he came and asked for my name. Hegoes back to the kitchen and it was there sitting on top of the oven. Placed a delivery order, not delivered after 90 minutes so I went to pick up the order after 15 calls went unanswered. Was told... they took the phone off the hook and they were out of hot wings which was half of my order. Read more

My experience last night was awful. The girl that waited on me was not nice at all. I ordered two Steak sandwiches with... everything and got two steak sandwiches with steak and cheese. This is my first bad experience and I don?t know if I will goback. Read more

I had tried the Cheeseburger pub which, it was ok, my favorite is the ham and cheese one hands down its the best. The 3 lady... employees were awesome they deserve 5 stars, they were super friendly, and had smilies on their faces! Made the experience evenbetter! I do not go to Gino's often enough, but I'm thinking because of the great experience with the employees I will beincreasing my visits there! Read more

TLDR - order of 2 pizzas and wings took 110 minutes when I was told 45-55. Called in and couldn?t order the special via phone... and was told the deal was only available online. I Ordered online and it stated there?s a 20-30 minute wait for online ordersbut times may very after 4pm. Went to pick up 30 min after the initial order and was told there was a 45-55 minute wait. I paidand said I?d wait out front. I sat there for over 60 min after that (about 110 min after the initial order). I recommend callingafter your online order to check the time before you?re strung along for as long as I was. Everyone was nice about it but stillsucks to wait that long. Hope they update the online ordering process so it shows actual estimate of the order. Read more

It's unfortunate that the food at this Ginos has consistently been sub par. Placed an online order for delivery, called back... about 90 minutes later to check on it and was told they didn't have drivers so the order was canceled. They tried to call withno luck...no biggie, I'll pick it up. I arrived home with this overcooked mess after placing my original order 2 hoursearlier...that was the cherry on top. Read more
