A day ago was my first experience back at Burger King after this store has been closed for many weeks for a remodel. Since... college I always habitually gravitated to McDonald's for fast food. I order the relatively healthier things on the menu (salad,chicken sandwiches, etc. and nothing sweet or especially fattening). However, the cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches I orderat BK seem to be better quality than the equivalent ones at McDonald's. Better quality buns, more lettuce, etc.. I hadtemporarily switched back to McDonald's while this BK was closed but am now able to switch back again. Quick, easy, relatively cheap, and the food was eatable. We came at an off time, so the burgers and fries were barely warm.... Quick, cheap, or good, pick two. I'm sure that they will do better next time, cause we will visit when they are busier. Read more
This location was recently renovated to update the building and decor. The menu is the same as any other franchise. Great place... for a quick bite. Read more
Rude, mean unhelpful manager. We came to pick up a online order was meet with a sign that said" dining room it's closed ATM." (I... think they meant that the dining room is closed at the moment.) After knocking on the door over and over again, finally themanager came to the door and said he was at lunch and he couldn't put our food order together for 30-45 more minutes. We askedif he would reconsider. He said no. I asked to cancel the order and he said he couldn't help me. I reminded him that it was anonline order that was already paid for and we couldn't wait that long for it. He said he didn't care and shut the door. I lookedat him in disbelief and he reopened the door and began to get aggressive with me. We turned around and walked away. We will notbe going back here and will be letting all our friends know about our experience. Read more
I drove 20 minutes to hit the drive through to try their chicken sandwich. I work in Scott?s valley and have seen the banner... that says ?drive thru open during construction? which was still up. They were closed. I don?t know why they would advertisebeing open if they are closed. Take down the sign if you?re closed. Read more
The drive thru was the only thing opened as there was construction happening in the dine in. We weren't sure if the place was... even opened as the whole front was covered. We pulled into the drive thru and we tell the guy if he could give us a second as westill didn't have our order completely ready. Once we get our order and start telling him, he gets confused and then mumbles "ohmy gosh". We finally have our order done and we pay. He tells us to pull into the front while our order gets made but doesn'tclearly tells us where to park. We drive around the drive thru again to ask him where we park and he then tells us. Then, we getour food and were about to go when we realized they forgot 4 cheeseburgers. We go back to the drive thru to tell him they forgotour cheeseburgers and then he remembers and goes to the back. Again, he tells us to pull into the front. After like 5 minutes,we get our cheeseburgers. The food was so stale and tasted like it was left out for days. The whopper buns were burnt (literallyblack) and both the fries/onion rings and chicken nuggets were dry and had no flavor. Also, they gave us no sauce (just ketchup)and gave us no straws either even though we ordered like 6 drinks. Not to mention that the chicken sandwich i ordered had a longpiece of hair inside which i know was not mine as it was black and mine is brown also my hair was up the whole time.No wonderthis place gets no customers. Food tasted microwaved. The new chicken sandwich was super hard and only took a few bites then couldn?t force myself to eat it... anymore. My brother ordered a double whopper and it was soggy and flavorless. This location needs to figure out where it?smissing, compared to all the other good Burger king locations this just isn?t up to par. Fast food or not it should still beconsistent. Read more
