It's fast food. They really need to filter the water for their drinks at the scotts Valley location. Scott's valley has terrible... water and you can taste it in their drinks get the food there but go elsewhere for your drink Read more
Foods what you'd expect, customer service isn't the best. They serve you but never ask you if you want condiments. When I... arrived a few days ago a couple was saying "hello" for 5 minutes after he received his food just to ask for ketchup and theemployee wasn't respectful about giving them the ketchup. It's wasn't even busy. I'd understand if it was but when there wasonly two people in the whole restraunt and no one at the drive through it seems lazy. There was no long lines.tye wait time was reasonable and the food was good.
Was not happy with the service here. We had ordered 4 burgers and only recieved 3. When we inquired about it the staff was rude... and charged us another sandwich and we recieved a different kind then ordered. Just a mess of communication skills. I suggestgetting food before or after this stop. The trip through 17 can be long and there are really not any options. Must be why theytreat customers this way. Read more
I went through the drive thru and everything was just fine. The food was made just the way I ordered it, and the girl who took... my order was friendly. There were 2 cars ahead of me that took quite a while, then when I got to the window I had to wait a fewminutes till my order was ready. But, who knows maybe the 2 cars had big orders ahead of me. All in all, happy with my visit andI highly recommend the Big Carl with extra sauce! Like a boss! Read more
Drive through window service was good today, food was fresh and hot. Grateful for the staff at this restaurant!
