Fries were cold and old sourdough jack was at most warm.
Went through drive through for cheeseburger. I asked for no tomatoes and no lettuce. They gave me plain burger, with only onions... and no cheese. Sprite Zero tasted like bad tap water. Big waste of money on all fronts. Read more
I (stupidly) waited 50 minutes in the restaurant only to see them serve the two orders placed after mine first. The second order... waited almost 30 minutes and their three friends hadn't placed their orders yet when I left. First order was 12 sandwiches 8fries second was two meals mine was one meal. I got no help from the staff and no response on the app or through email. This isnot a problem caused by short staff, this is a problem caused by the staff. Read more

Used the app for a mobile order and chose to pickup inside. I got there at 11:23 PM and the door were locked even though the... sign said that the dinner was open until midnight. So I decided to go through the drive-through. I sat in the line for about 30minutes before I got to the speaker to take my order and learned they didn't even know that I had ordered with the app. So Iwait about another 5 to 10 minutes to get to the window. Then I start getting my drinks but they forgot one until I told themabout it, they also forgot fries. I get all the food and I look through the bags to make sure everything was there and itwasn't. They were missing the 4 piece chicken strips. They said they were out and substituted it with the spicy chicken butthere was no chicken in either bag. At this point I was to mad to even complain so I just left. I spent $14 on just fries and ashake. Long time Scotts Valley resident but my first time at this store. Ran out of food at home on Sunday evening so walked over here... from other side of highway 17 for fun. I ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon burger from the value menu. Items on the regularmenu are rather costly in my opinion for a fast food place, but a friend told me they're great quality and well prepared. Placewas following full pandemic protocols, and fortunately they were open to walk-ins in the evening. Another nearby fast foodplace was only open for drive-through while I was on foot. The two items I ordered were excellent. The menu sign lights wereburned out on the value menu end as you can see in the photo. I had to use the flashlight I was carrying to read the menu.
