Planned to get a nice grande latte. Fast ordering process and great AC (in this heat). Suddenly the place was filled with kids... from the high school (around 215pm on a Wed) and became very noisy and chaotic. I had to wait for quite a while and needed toleave. My coffee took 25 minutes to make! Just as I was going to ask for a refund it was delivered on the counter. The drink wassuper hot - I had to wait an additional 40 minutes to drink it as it got down to what it should have been. I appreciate thatthere is a lot of work going on behind the counter with stress and numerous orders, but Starbucks is no longer a coffee place Iremotely want to visit anymore. It is some form of modern mutated coffee factory. I'm never going back. Yuck! Read more
They got my drink wrong three times in a row! I just wanted the largest iced caramel Maciatto! First they gave me a regular hot... one, then a regular sized cold one.. then I finally got the big one and it was horrible.. Read more
Coffee is not hard to make. My friend and I went for a quick coffee order. I just wanted the house coffee... so asked which... one was brewed most recently. She says all 3 of them brewed at the same time. So I pick the dark roast and the other employeestarts to pour it out because it's old apparently. So I say, oh that's why I asked, so ill take one of the other ones instead... and the lady at the counter insisted that if I wanted the dark ill get dark and she made him pour it out of the containerand filled my cup with a bunch of grounds!!! My friend wanted a latte with a double espresso in it...got a cup of milk!!! -this is why I make my own coffee- Its just hot water and a drip filter. Read more

Always a great place to stop for a good Frappuccino and or a great cup of coffee. Suggestions for the staff pay attention to the... customer whenever you as a employee has a higher voice or getting the attention of the elderly who have a hard time hearing,because of other voices, sounds,music and such. A person who has problems hearing are needing more of a monotone type of voicethan a high pitch voice to respond to your service calls. This is a nice Starbucks, and they do a good job of balancing their service between walk-in, drive-through and online orders.... The only downside: it's one of the stores with lots of cement and glass surfaces that reflect sound, making it hard to have aconversation. Read more
