Horrible, slow service! Food was decent at best but don?t waste your time unless you plan on being there for over 2 hours... (wasn?t even busy either!) Also dirty dishes were piled on tables around us instead of being properly cleaned and taken care of. Read more
Apparently they close if it's a slow night. Walked up and they were closed at 9:18? Wanted to give them a chance after not... coming for over a year and confirmed exactly why we don't come here. It's either their food (lack of getting order right) orcustomer service that is always disappointing. Haven't had a decent experience here since probably 2015/2016. This Chili?s has seen some ups and downs since it started. Service is at times amazing and other times not so great. Depends on... who you get as a waiter/waitress. The meals are typically fairly priced and there is a lot of good options. Seems to haveundergone some recent renovations which I enjoy. Doesn?t feel as cramped in the restaurant as it used to. I like the fajitameal and some of the lighter choices such as the Margarita Grilled Chicken. Appetizers are pretty solid and chips/salsa are verygood! The drink options are great too. This location does have a bar and multiple TV?s which typically have sports on. Seatsare comfy and restaurant is well maintained. Location is perfect right off Highway 26. Parking is plentiful. *UPDATE*12/09/17 Last visit was very unpleasant. Food was bland. Ribs I received were so chewy I had to spit it out. Drinks weren?t madewell either sadly. Place seems to be going downhill lately. *UPDATE* 8/19/22 Finally decided to come back and give this place atry. Was pleasantly surprised. Food felt much better than it has been in awhile. Food is good but service is horrible. I had a craving for chilis since I haven't been to there in awhile. Keep in mind that... hardly no one was in the restaurant. Waitress came over fairly quick to get drink orders but then that's where the good serviceends. Once we ordered it took a very long time to get food. It tasted great but I got the unlimited soup and salad. No one cameback for a long time. The soup bowl is small so I think they should come back frequently(especially with hardly anyone in there)but no. Had to wait. We went three times in a week and the experience was the same every time. The last time we didn't getchecked on once! For more drinks or to find out if food was good or needed anything else..sorry but thus should NEVER happen andit was very frustrating. Hoping it's fixed soon so I can go back. Read more
Food was ok at best. My chicken crispers came out looking more like fish sticks and were anything but crispy. Our waitress was... also the bartender so I think we saw her twice all night. Had to cancel our 2nd drink order as we had been there for an hourand a half and only received our first drink. Waited 10 minutes after getting our check before anyone even came to get ourcard. Saw the manager once and she disappeared clearly not helping in the over sat and understaffed bar area. Won't be goingback anytime soon. Read more
Came into Chili?s for dine in with my year old son and brother; there seemed to be only one person working? But only about 3 or... 4 tables filled. He seen us but didn?t say anything and we had to wait a little while to be sat. I had ordered a 10 oz sirloinsteak and asked the order to be placed to go since my son had started getting upset and we had to leave.. I get home and thensee my steak is basically bite size. The wait for a waitress, drinks and our food was minimal. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. She inquired several times if... we were doing ok, needed drinks refreshed, how food was. I had the original chicken crispers, food was served hot and fresh. Idefinitely recommend coming in for lunch as the staff seems to be on top of it. Update: We had another good experience atChili's! It seems this place was quiet when it used to be super busy. Its time to find your way back, guys! These burgers werewonderful. Not just a frozen beef patty, but actual juicy burger. The cheese curds were little poppable nuggets of goodness. Thefries were done just right. And best of all, the staff was friendly and attentive. Read more
Food is mediocre, service is poor, and door dash option is turned off like 90 percent of the time. Just take it off door dash.... At least answer the phone for a pickup (which you don't). They act like they're busy and have the servers are just standingaround. Read more
