Ordered two hot caramel macciatos and both were barely lukewarm.. Temperature is key when it comes to coffee. A good cup of... coffee and a great morning experience sets the mood for the day, coffee shops play a huge roll in people's lives, giving comfortand preparing them for what lies ahead of the day. Specialty coffee is pretty pricey and people work hard for their money, it'svery unfortunate to receive services that are less then quality. However, the flavor was good I will add. Read more

Showed up while I had a 10 minute wait before my spouse was to show up to go grocery shopping together. Despite reassurances... that "we will be right with you" and no one in the lobby, the staff never got around to taking my order even after my spouse hadarrived and we waited together. Overpriced coffee is not worth a 15+ minute wait to even order it. Dear owner: I failed tomention nothing, you being unable to manage being short an employee is part of managing a business. I had plenty of patience andunderstanding during my wait as well as with my honest review. Also note that seeing such kind of replies that the owner leaveson these reviews should give ample warning ahead of time to those looking for a coffee place to spend their hard-earned money. Tried the market place location had the smoothies and breakfast sandwich over priced and thought it was rude to ask for a tip!

Used to love this place, 1st choice since it's local, coffee still pretty good, new straws are terrible, bending before your... drinks are gone. Always forget my whipped cream. Just not as customer oriented as it used to be. Read more
