Worked here, literally 2-3 months, and there's always drama going on. We were told on Sunday night to all start looking for... new jobs, I still have the group chats. I turned my uniform in the next day, and got a call saying "why did you turn youruniform in? " to which I reminded the gm that we were all told to get new jobs because she had quit. She then told me that shewas staying at sonic, and I would have had a job. So I explained to her that I am not coming back to a place where I have toworry whether it will be shut down in a week or two. Read more

Terrible service. Sit there and wait for them to answer stall for 10+ minute's. Have tried on numerous occasions throughout the... year and always the same outcome, so end up going elsewhere. Wasn't even busy. 3 car's in stalls, 2 car's in drive thru.Employees standing outside smoking. Obviously new manager and staff is just as bad as the previous staff. Read more

Haven't been in a while. The other restaurants had a long line, so we thought we'd go there for a change. Huge mistake!. There... were only 4 cars in the drive thru, but we waited a good half hour to get our order. The burger I ate was poor quality, evenfor a fast food burger. The fries had so much salt, they were inedible. How about you fix the drive thru microphone, pay morefor better workers, and have some actual management to make sure this place runs like a functional restaurant, ok? Read more

The waiting time is LONG...for food orders, for the drive thru, and twice I've tried the pull up and have ended up leaving. But... the workers are super friendly and the quality is good! I just don't know why the drive thru system doesn't work well. Read more

Just don?t. Took 45 minutes to get our food. I asked about the delay and they retaliated by putting so much salt and pepper in... the food we couldn?t eat it. They made the shakes first and let them sit for the 45 minutes so they were completely melted whenwe got them. Their customer support is ridiculous. Offered me a free cheeseburger with purchase for $20 worth of food wecouldn?t eat. We were already on the road and couldn?t go back to the restaurant. Stop and eat anywhere but here. Read more

I come to this sonic location often, and haven?t had a bad experience til recently. Today when I went and had a horrible... experience and definitely won?t be back. I had a online order so I was in a stall and I pushed the button because I wanted toorder something else that wasn?t on the app, the women who answered was very rude and quickly snapped back at me that they wereout of ice cream and as I was about to ask another question she said ? Thanks have a great day ? very sarcastically, not tomention we waited 25 minutes to be helped and we seen people come and go who got there after us, and the food we received wasn?twhat we ordered so we went through the drive thru. Nobody had name tags on and the only helpful person there was a man with longhair who fixed our order. Not happy about this experience I had. Read more

Rude, lazy and poor customer service. Stopped in to get ice cream the gal taking the order made us repeat the order multiple... times, we spoke clearly and loudly every time. Got to the window frustrated with the attitude that was given upon the order andnicely tried to add on a butterfinger blizzard and she informed us she was not allowed to add on anything at the window. Whenwould a business not want to make a sale? The girl was very rude treated us as we were bothering her. When we received the oreoblizzard it clearly maybe had half an oreo in it. We proceeded to call and ask about our order and the gal said she knows it hadoreo she made it and because at first we didn't refer to it as a blizzard so it does not get more. Very sad because we are hugefans of Sonic but after this trip we will definitely not be going back to be treated the way we did. We have been going to Soniclonger than shes been alive and it's sad to allow employees to treat paying customers with such poor customer service. We didn'treceive napkins either so I could imagine what would of happened if we asked for some... hopefully you can get and maintainbetter employees that have customer service skills and enjoy there job!
