They gave us a time that the food would be ready, when we got there was told it would be another 20 min. (Not the issue). It was... the complete rudeness of the employees. I was completely ignored when I walked in she then decided to help the person who justpulled up to the drive through before helping me. She was just totally rude the whole time, no sorry, no thank you. I am donewith this store, never again will they get my money. Read more
Store is nasty, manager is very very rude. I worked here and I had a family emergency happen that I couldn?t prevent so I text... the manager letting her now I won?t make it in 2 hours before my shift and she just kept on being very very rude trying to getme to leave this family emergency to come to work. It was 5:20PM and I had called to place a order for a cheese pizza and pepperoni with cheesy bread, they told me it was ready to... go to be picked up so with that I had left to go get it. Get there at 5:38PM and they tell me that they are closed and can?tmake any pizzas WHEN THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE IT WAS ALREADY MADE AND READY FOR PICK UP! Very upset and won?t be going thereagain! Drove through and picked up a Mostest Bestest pizza at about 7pm last night. They said they always make those fresh and it would... be an 8 minute wait. No problem. They brought the pizza out when it was ready and confirmed what I ordered. When I got home,it appeared that they only put pepperoni around the edge of the pizza, and the crust was hard and tasteless -- appeared frozen. I've been here often and this is the first time I've had this experience. Hope it's not the new norm. This is usually a prettygood $6 pizza. Not this one! Read more
Take forever to make your pizza in the first place when they are supposed to be HOT AND READY. Then after you wait 20 minutes... for a pizza that takes 7 minutes to cook, you get an added bonus of hair in your food. Read more
Pizzas are never ready ahead of time. They do not put right amount of toppings on pizzas, and they're sometimes burned.... Management is rude, and disrespectful to costumers when there is a complaint. Read more

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and two Italian cheese bread. When we pulled up to the drive through, there was only one person... working. Food took longer, but the pizza was perfect and the Italian cheese bread was amazing. The lady working did a good jobconsidering she was by herself and had a line of people. I?ve seen up to 8 people working on other locations and can?t cook apizza to save there life. Good experience here. Read more
