Been coming to this sonic for a while. It?s not been the best, but tonight just did it in for me. The speaker for the drive thru... wasn?t working, the workers knew because they kept looking out of the drive thru window. After sitting at the speaker for over10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, we pull up to the window to see if we could be accommodated there, but therewere workers inside that could clearly see we were at the window and they were completely ignoring us and trying not to look usin the eyes. Overall was quite a bad experience. Previous encounters with this drive-in was quite good, though post-Pandemic I think this... place has lost both quality and good management or training. We drove into a slot with a broken screen, which wasn't able toshow our order nor allow us to pay for the food (which was our fault considering that there were a couple of other parking spotsopen to chose from), and caused further problems after eating our meals. After we ordered we received our orders in about 5-8minutes. The food's quality reported by my colleagues wasn't very good. The cherry limeade, one of our favorites, wasunfortunately of a mediocre taste compared to previous orderings from here. When we had to give one of the servers the payer'scredit card, she held on to it for a while before giving it back when we had to call to other employees to request herappearance. When she gave it back she snapped back at my colleague saying that she was going to give it back, when it hadalready been a solid 12-20 minutes. Never disappoints for a sweet treat on a hot summer day. I'm afraid I like it in the winter too. Their tater tots are slightly... better than their fries, and my hubby loves their coney chili dog said only thing missing was onions. Read more
Pulled in at stall to be told drive thru only. Sat in drive thru for over 30 min. Finally got to speaker and waited another 30... min to got food. Employees just walking around and cleaning talking to everyone instead of fixing orders. If it?s drive thruonly it shouldn?t take 10 years to get an order out especially if we did a mobile order. Turn the stall lights off and get towork. Read more
I love this place and go there regularly. Usually everything is top tier but recently when I order and pay for extras or ask for... something to be light they are not paying attention to what is ordered and either give me the opposite of what I order ornothing at all. I am not one to complain often but when I have they have indeed given a free version of what I ordered but ithappens time and time again. If it was in something free I would not have an issue but I am paying to get extras like cherriesand getting only one over and over it does become frustrating. All in all this place is great and everyone has their days whenthey are short handed and even just overwhelmed. But I think it just needs to be a note for improvement over all. But it's awonderful place with sweet and genuine people working there. Read more
Yesterday night we went through the drive thru and our food was undercooked. I put in a complaint through their link. This... morning the manager Keisha called and gave us a refund, apologizing for our experience. She was super nice and apologetic, andensured this would be taken care of! The food is hot and tastes just fine, but I went through today and the general manager was literally yelling at employees.... Unprofessional and unacceptable. If an employee isn't performing, send them home. No yelling required. Please get this GM somemore training and possibly some anger management. Read more
