We ordered our food and went to get our drinks and there was a DEAD ROACH next to the drink machine. When we asked for a refund... and explained why the staff wasn't surprised and the many other patrons there looked at us as we were crazy for not wanting toeat there! Swung by here and picked up a family meal deal. Everything was cooked correctly bagged well and the order was complete and... accurate. The manager was very nice and we had a conversation while I briefly waited for my food. The little lemon cakes areactually quite good too. No complaints here. Read more
Long John Silver's is mine and my daughter's favorite place to eat. So about once a month I drive to scottsburg and buy us some... because they closed ours in Seymour IN. Wish they would bring it back. I wish they would still put some crumbs in the dinner.But it was very good. Read more
The staff I interacted with were excellent. No issues at all. The food was greasy. Breading not cooked all the way through on my... shrimp. Hush puppies were good. Fries ok. The store looks pretty worn and rundown. The chair seats are cracked and peeling. Themetal parts flaking. Decor looks very dated. Floor and walls dirty. This was less than an hour after opening. It shouldn't lookthat bad. Best part was the staff. Really top notch and very nice. I will say they went above and beyond to get me change so Icould buy my meal as I only had a large bill. Read more
Love long John silvers. It's one of my favorite places to eat at. The service was quick and friendly. And the food was great.
