I am honestly not sure where to start. We just moved back to Scottsburg and were dying to take our boys to a sit down restaurant... and have a fun family evening. We knew Flipdaddys would be crazy busy so we settled on Pizza Hut which looked way less busy. Wewalked in, saw 5 people sitting at 2 tables and thought we made the right decision. After a few minutes, a lady greeted us bysaying it'd be at least a 35 minute wait. We assumed they probably had a lot of delivery orders but were willing to wait. Notlong after we were seated, another family came in and we heard her say a 45 minute wait and they accepted. We sat there forabout 30 minutes and were about to leave when she came to take our drink order. We placed our whole order at the same time. Itwas probably 5 or 10 minutes before we got the drinks then another 10 or 15 for just the pizzas. About 5 minutes later we gotthe wings and the other table got their whole order. We had to ask about our break sticks and those took another 15-20 minutes.The pizzas and wings were amazing but while the bread sticks were hot, they were different from what we've gotten in the pastand not impressive at all. We were able to ask for to go boxes and got the check the same time as the other table. It took awhile to get the boxes and the other family had paid and left by the time we got boxes and paid the bill. The lady was veryfriendly and I know it wasn't her fault. I'm not sure if other employees were slacking off, there weren't enough or what. It wasso hard to keep our boys entertained and we wished we'd gone to Flipdaddys instead by the end of the visit! We probably will notbe eating inside Pizza Hut again for a long long time. We had to cancel plans and it was almost a 2 hour meal from start tofinish. Read more
We walked in and before a hello we were informed that it would be at least 30 minutes due to the amount of carry outs. The... place looked like a tornado. We sat for couple of minutes but left after not even getting a menu. Close the door people! Youdon?t want to wait on guests. Carry outs are more important. Read more
I really liked the pizza I tried that day. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, and regardless of the fact that there was... a buffet that morning, there should not have been an area a third of the size of the dining room stacked with piles of dirtyplates and food, not to mention papers and napkins on the floor. Stopped in for lunch on my way home. Got a medium thin crust and it was exactly what I wanted. They had it on the table fast and... my only complaint is that they were out of ice tea. Great service though and I haven't had a thin crust pepperoni in a while andit was perfect. Read more
