Saturday October 1st.. Unacceptable for an employee to cuss at customers. No excuse by any means.Very unprofessional. Second... the Shift Manager did not correct the employee on her behavior. Instead the shift manager ask my family to walk away. My familywill never go to this Popeyes ever again. This location Popeyes will not get one dime from my pockets. Used the drive thru. Friendly, but very slow service. No napkins were provided. No sauces in the bag. All of the food tasted... as though it was cooked in old oil. Read more

Tried their crispy chicken sandwich for the first time and I have to say it is just as good, if not better than Chick-fil-a.... Note to HQ - you need to do a better job of word placement and usage where you exclude the biscuit from the #1 Combo. You fineprint the exclusion in tiny letters after you previously state all combos include it. At $7.99 I'm perplexed as to why the main#1 Combo doesn't include it. The chicken was delicious but we has 2 go back to the window 2 times. Once for our soda and a second time to get the red beans... and rice replaced because they were 1/3 filled. Read more
Cheap and delicious. Loved my experience here, the cashier was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Only problem... was the long wait but thats understandable given that we stopped by around lunch time. Pictured is the side of the buildingwhere the cars pull around and wait to reach the window. Food was good and served quickly but the place itself seemed to be in disrepair. The bathroom had no paper towels and no air... dryer so had to settle for wet hands. The door on one side slammed shut when going in and out. Read more
