We stopped in on a Sunday after church. I am only in this area a couple times a year and that's where everybody had picked to... go to lunch and we'd gone there two years ago. They have remodeled the inside. Personally I liked the old design better. Butwith that said, their food was delicious. It is worth stopping in. Our waitress is more than helpful. Always enjoy the staff the Pollo fundido and the interior design. The chips have no salt but are made fresh daily and are free.... Salsa fresh and free. So wow!!?? This place I guess gets lucky because there's nothing around here to compete.... So certain days and times very... busy... They complain about being slow during those times, which no that doesn't work.... House chips were stale but the salsawas GREAT, it had chunks of onions and other good stuff.... Just stopped off for lunch by Salem. I got a dish called the Carlos special, which has steak chicken and shrimp covered with... onions and jalapeno then queso over everything. The one over chips is the fajita nachos, which looks similar but has greenpeppers instead of jalapeno chips instead of rice and no shrimp. Really good food and very quick service. Read more
