The food was good but the bellhop did not bring the ketchup that we asked for. The strawberries in the strawberry limeade tasted... fermented. The limeade was made with Sprite zero rather than regular Sprite and it could have killed my friend since she'sallergic to zero products. But they brought out a Coke with no ice instead. Okay We went today 10/3/2022 and everything wasbetter except this time they were out of diet limeade or I should say diet Sprite. They also forgot my friend's mustard. Read more

Made a point of stopping here on our trip because of great past experiences but what a huge mistake. Order taker seemed... confused, took 4 times to get order correct. Burgers were not even edible. Burgers were dry and definitely had been sittingway too long. Bottom bun on both Burgers were so hard they were chewy & awful. We each ate about half burger & gave up. Endedup.in garbage. The tots were not cooked all the way. The hot dog was cold and looked like it has been sitting somewhere for awhile as the ends... were hard and crusty. We didn't receive any condiments as ordered and no cheese for the pretzel. Now here sitting and waitingfor the new tots and condiments as the rest of the food gets cold. So our new tots and ketchup came out. But still no cheese, noranch, and now waiting for a grilled cheese to replace the funky hot dog. The car hop is super understanding and the shake anddrink are good. Read more

Was told they had pretzels, ordered 2. Waitress comes out and says they only have 1, so we told them we?ll take the one. Then... comes out and says they don?t have any. So we replaced it with another item. Brings food out, no ice in our drink. Brought thewrong drink to us. Went back and got ice and the new drink. Go to eat our food and didn?t have 1 of the two items we ordered.Horrible quality food, won?t be back. Read more

Workers were walking in and out having conversations with friends in cars. Some were on there phones not helping make for for... the 4 or 5 cars there. Ordered an iced coffee that tasted like watered down cold coffee. We asked if it was okay if we got amilkshake instead and were that we'd have to pay more since it wasn't the same as the coffee even though the coffee was utterlyterrible. I suggest some better workers you can trust to actually get food out to cars and not talk with friends when they aresupposed to be working. Read more

So I stopped here to get some dinner and it took them almost 45 minutes to answer the drive-thru well where you park your car... excuse me. And when I finally got my meal after eating half of my hot dog I noticed that my bread was molded about threw upeverywhere they wanted to make me another one I told him no thank you the waitress was so awesome she gave me back all my moneyand I told her that it wasn't her fault my food was nasty made sure she got her tip. I'll never eat here again when you have abad experience like that I just can't do it again Read more

Drove 45 minutes to my nearest sonic. It was on the way to my destination. I get there and wait almost 30 minutes before someone... even takes my order. I make a 40 dollar order and gave the lady a 100 dollar bill. She says they can't take it. She takes themoney in and a manager I'm assuming comes out with my money and a reciept and says they can't make change for it. Whatrestaurant can't make change for a 40 dollar order? So after handing us all of our food She gives me the hundred back and asksme to pay a different way. I told her I don't have another form of payment. So she makes me give the food back and leaveswithout saying another word. AWFUL HORRIBLE experience. After driving that far!! Burger King next door took my 100 for the sameorder amount. Not only was the manager rude but money is MONEY. I work in the pizza business and I've always been told to takeall forms of money. Change, 100s, any bills as long as they're real. To never turn down a paying customer. What a joke!! Willnever come there again. I've already contacted corporate and sent in a form to speak to upper management. Read more

I?m typically a pretty patient person but today I placed the order ahead of time for 5:40 and didn?t receive it until 6:10.... Pictured are my ?Jumbo Honey BBQ Popcorn Chicken?, not very impressed. Along with the fact we had already waited the additional20 minutes and then found out they couldn?t make a burger we ordered, and when they did give us our order there was no burger tobe found and we?re still waiting on it. 6:45, and we now finally have the burger.
