Don?t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the building is brand new and looks nice, but the inside was pretty gross. The... AC wasn?t running so it was hot. None of the stations were clean as there were sauce smears and leftover vegetables all over.You might say they were understaffed but I was the only customer in the store and there were four employees sitting around sosounds like they are just under managed. Service is reasonable, but the sandwiches are not made well and we got double charged for a flatbread bacon egg and cheese... ($10+tax). Restaurant isn't particularly clean either, always having to wipe down the tables to eat in. Read more

This was how my Husband received his Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub tonight from Subway. I placed a pickup order through Door Dash this... evening for the very first time. When our food was delivered we noticed his foot long was in 2 separate paper sacks instead ofwrapped in plastic like normal. Upon looking inside the sandwich literally looked like someone balled it up and threw it in thebag!! I called to report the issue to the Manager who informed me that they toast the subs in these bags and that's why it wasin 2 paper bags. I let her know that the sub was not edible and she asked me if I would like to bring the sub back. I asked fora refund to which she replied that I would have to contact Door Dash. Door Dash has taken care of the issue but ScottsburgSubway has lost me as a customer. I can't believe they would let something walk out the door like this to a Customer! Worstfirst experience ever!! I hope you rethink the paper bags, I would hate for other people to have this same experience! Read more
I don't like doing things like this but I've went to subway to get a subway sandwich . Sounded good at least. I order my food... and my brothers food. On my sandwich. I spoke loud and clear as I talk loudly. I let the drive through lady know my order andshe got it. As I pull over to eat dinner. I noticed half my selected veggies wasn't on their along with the cheese. So I driveback around and let the same lady know. She did. Go and fix it. So I was like no biggie. Well I wanted to get home to get my son6 months in age in out of the weather. We'll I get my sandwich and go to take a bite and noticed the same situation so just ofthe experience is that I've asked them to remake it 2x and they failed at it. Note.
