There's normally a really sweet lady running the drive through in the morning. This morning "Oct 18 @9:25ish" there was a very... rude younger man working the drive through. We visited this Wendy?s tonight and we were very disappointed. We ordered 2 of the combos with junior bacon cheeseburger,... chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. We waited for 45 minutes without getting our food. The burgers had been ready for 30minutes. They sat waiting for someone to put in our bag and then they were waiting for someone to gather the rest of our order.Our drinks were sitting there for at least 15 minutes. We asked for our money back and left to eat elsewhere. They had plenty ofstaff but no one really working very hard. There was much time spent standing around with orders being made but not moving. I love Wendy's when the meat is freshly cooked. They say it always is but that's a lie. They have a tray they keep it in. Same... as everyone. Still pretty good. And the fries are fresh if you say no salt. You can't go wrong with a Frosty. They haveStrawberry. Read more
I was really impressed with all the updates they made to this location. It's a Very Clean restaurant with clean dining areas and... well kept restrooms. The staff is usually pretty friendly, occasionally unenthusiastic but always polite. The food is alwaysgood and they rarely mess up an order but seems like the line is always so long for the drive through especially during peaktimes so plan to wait at least 20 to 30 mins. If you go inside you'll wait at least 15 to 20 mins to leave with your order.Worth the wait though because of the lower prices, good deals, tasty food and polite staff. The only issue I have is with TheWendy's rewards, they were great until they decided to empty my account and delete all my purchase history and points. This isone of the best fast food restaurants in Scottsburg. Read more
Dave's double cheeseburger is pretty good. The flavor of the meat is above average. The size of the sandwich is considerable... for the cost. Excellent value. Service is quite minimal. Not sure I expect any different. Read more
