Walking around sightseeing in Scottsdale AZ and found this gem. The food was excellence. We dined outside on the patio. Our... waitress was really nice but the hostess ignored me several times until I got this waitress attention we were finally seated. Weordered different stuff. Great place to eat. They do not take reservations for big parties. So get there early to get a seat. Awesome drinks, food and... environment. The staff was super nice and it seems like they enjoy working here. Would be nice if they were open later , greatplace to hang out with friends or family. Tacos, chips and salsa, and much more. First time here; it was better than I thought it would be! The meats were all very good in both the tacos and burrito. Not dry... at all. What really made the food, was the sauce. The green sauce over the burrito was really tasty. Not spicy or sweet but agreat pairing with the meat. The atmosphere was unique and fitting for Old Scottsdale. Lunch time here wasn?t super crowded butour sever was friendly and on top of refilling drinks and checking in on us. The tacos were small (which our server did tell usin advance) so you?ll likely need at least 3-4 to fill up. It?s definitely a restaurant you should try out! Read more
Great location and outdoor patio! Friendly, helpful service. Fresh food. Salsa very good, chips not so much. I think there?s... much better food options than what I ordered-Shrimp Ceviche $15! It was ok, not bad, just not the best. I?ve had this same thingin other Mexican restaurants, called Shrimp Cocktail with 10 large Shrimp! This one has small chopped shrimp. All in all, it wasa good experience and I?d return to try other items. I had a very aggressive crow jump into my chips basket and steal chips!Wow! That was CRAZY! See photos! Great food! Cool vibe. Chorizo is very tasty. But lots of gristle. The beef and pork are amazing. Drinks are pricey for what you... get. The margaritas should be mischievous larger for the price rather than served in ricks glasses. Read more
Was excited to go here but was disappointed. Service was not very good. Salsa was good and Elote appetizer was amazing! However,... the chips seemed stale and we ordered guacamole which said to be made table side, but our waiter made it at a larger tableinstead of at ours. It was also very very spicy just FYI. Ended up stopping at apps and went elsewhere for our main course. Read more
