Not the best experience. It took a few minutes to get seated. Once we did, there was trash and food everywhere. The menus were... sticky as well as the table. Even the bathrooms were dirty. Based on 10-15 minutes we were there it just felt wrong. We left assoon as we were seated because we doubted the food would be good or sanitary. Read more

This Buffalo Wings is a black eye to all other franchises. The service is terrible food orders are incorrect. The service is... slow, even after talking with the manager no offer to try and deduct anything from bill. Waitress was more worried about tablewith four young guys who were seated after us and served before us. I?ve been to Buffalo Wings all over the US and Canada andthis place is a disgrace. To start, my overall takeout experience tonight had been horrible. There hadn?t been an employee behind the takeout counter.... Hence, the other customers and I waited 10 mins for an available employee to assist. Finally, a young male employee arrived. Hehad been inefficient, distracted, and avoided eye contact. I repeated myself twice as his attention was elsewhere. Shortlyafter, he answered a phone call immediately after asking a question pertaining to my takeout order. Hence, he ?cut me off? as Ibegan to respond to his question. Rude. And this mentioned employee provided a warm Diet Pepsi beverage. Ideally, a cold DietPepsi would?ve been great. Great food & good promotions. The bartender is great, she makes sure we have what we need. Happy hour is great. We went for late... lunch, early dinner. Would have stayed longer but was too uncomfortable. They must have the air-conditioning set at 60 degrees. Read more
