Ordered dinner here through Door Dash. Order arrived missing 2 of 5 items. Strike 1. I understand stuff happens so I called... the restaurant to let them make it right. They did not answer the phone. Strike 2. The steak sand was pretty good. The turkeyand tuna were not nearly as good as you can get from nearby competitors. Strike 3. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Read more

Buyer beware!!! Very skimpy on ingredients and over priced. The ?extra? onions and peppers were microscopic. Prices missing from... menus on the wall in the order queue line. For all the brand hype about America's Best Sandwich, I was a bit underwhelmed. I decided to try their Cheese Steak sub and it... was a good sandwich. It was hot and fresh and a good flavor. It's not a "Philly" style. The bread was fresh and almost too softto support the sandwich and the beef was tender and chopped up pretty small. There was only just enough beef to fill the wholesub roll. It was okay, but forgettable. I am guessing their catering service is a great option for large parties. The Sandwich was cold and disgusting. I asked for it to be extra toasted, but they didn't even bother to heat it up. Very... dissatisfied with the service and the taste. They need better personnel. We are always happy to find a Capriotti's on vacation, as they consistently have amazing food and service. This location is no... exception. I don't feel food quality is ever a question, as every location we visit is always top-notch with food quality. Weordered on the great mobile app before arriving, and our food was ready when we got there. It was getting busy, but the staffwas polite, helpful and great in every way.
