Great hard working staff who greet you and showcase their dedication to making it an excellent meal. Some of the hardest working... people are here and I can tell that Chic FIL A treats them well! I see it in their attitudes and demeanor in how they handlecustomer interactions and get the job done. This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, my boyfriend ordered the chicken sandwich and he took 1 bite and... noticed it was raw inside ( so very dangerous) , only 1 person a worker apologized and offered him another sandwich not even afresh one but 1 that was already sitting in the shoot , no manager said anything about it I should have been offered my moneyback and coupons for a free meal I mean something but nope just a old sandwich! Oh forgot to mention how dirty the place was andwhile we were eating they started putting up the chairs to close it was just completely horrible!!!DO NOT EAT THERE PPL! Read more

Should?ve read the reviews before coming here. I always go to the one on Mayo and have never had any issues. Here I waited 20... minutes in the drive thru at a stand still even though the line wasn?t long, nothing was coming out of their kitchen. I thoughtat least my meal should be good considering how much time they had. WRONG. Everything was cold. I only got 2 sauces even thoughmy ticket clearly asked for 6. My Mac and cheese is missing 25% of the portion. My fries are missing at least 45% of theportion. And my chicken looks like someone chewed off pieces from it. What a disappointment and waste of money. Learned mylesson to only go to the one on Mayo no matter what! Read more

I was visiting this location this morning with my wife and I had the unfortunate opportunity of listening to an employee evoke... disciplinary action of another employee for being late/not showing up to work which is perfectly fine to do (IN A CLOSEDEMPLOYEE SETTING). The fact that this also happened not only in front of me and my wife but also 5 plus other patrons and staffis absolutely appalling. I also forgot to mention the gentleman that this conversation is about appeared to be special needs andthe fact that the (Pink Casted Employee and Management) that sat behind them seemed to think this behavior/treatment was notonly necessary but justified is an absolute poor display of leadership and management. You don?t shame employees in front ofother staff and customers as discipline. DO BETTER!!! As a company that prides itself for its Christian values I?m disgusted andit would be MY PLEASURE to recommend dining elsewhere. Read more

I visited the inside of the store for the first time since they re-opened and wow? it was terribly dirty and unorganized. The... floor in the seating area was slippery and covered in grease, food and rubbish on the ground, the employees were just standingaround chatting and getting very little done. The food was good, but I absolutely will not go back to this location due to thecleanliness. If they allow the front of the store to look like that, what?s the back look like? Read more

Very disappointed with our experience at this Chick-fil-A this evening. Server that was taking orders came up to our car and... asked what we wanted before we even had a chance to look at the menu. He seemed angry (or frustrated) and impatient when weasked questions and was not able to process our form of payment.. Car line and wait was unusually long. Second server whoprocessed our gift cards was nice. When we received our food at the pick up window the server seemed confused and overwhelmed.Only gave us one of the drinks that we ordered. Had to ask to be given our second drink. When we got home and sat down to eatwe discovered that they also did not give any napkins or almonds for the kale salad that was ordered. Not sure if they were justhaving a bad day or if this is the norm at this location. We have always had good experiences at other locations. Read more

This is by far the worst location of chikfila I have ever been to. Clueless staff who appear to be 16 and younger. Always out of... items especially salads and Mac and cheese. Twice they have completely forgotten to give me dressing for my salad. Friesconsistently soggy and cold. Not sure what?s going on but needs a corporate intervention asap. Read more

***July 23, 2022*** I would give a zero if possible. This is the second time this week I have ordered a meal and received my... French fry container full Of napkins and only filled up 50% of the way with fries! Horrible! Prices raised and try to fool youby these games and the fries were soggy. This place isn?t worth your time. Poor customer services and when you notify them oftheir mistakes they try and charge you for the missed items they forgot. ***10 Days Later Update- August 2, 2022*** Afterfilling out the online complaint forms on the corporate website I received a voucher saying "We know we can't undo whathappened, but we'd love another chance to get it right." Well Chris Gammel (who provided me the voucher) this time your locationdidn't shove napkins into the fry box. THEY SHOVED THE SAUCES INSTEAD to make it look fuller. Not only that...the voucher youprovided me Chris Gammel was only for a Chicken Sandwich Meal or an 8 piece nuggets. When asking the drive thru employee it wasexplained that the Grilled Sandwich Meal that I ordered before was $13 and that was more expensive than what Chris Gammelvoucher was worth. So I was unable to pay extra for the Grilled Sandwich. At least the drive thru employee was kind. This willbe your last "chance to get it right" for you Chris Gammel. At the very least do the right thing for your customers and fill theboxes of fries up and at the very least give a voucher that is the same price a customer paid for their original meal. Judgingby the reviews I am not the first and I will not be the last because Chris Gammel's customer service is less than mediocre. Read more
