Vic is not good at his job. Circle K isn?t known for their high quality employees but this guy Vic is unbelievably terrible at... what he is doing. I hope someone at Circle K reads this and can do something about this guy. He did not listen to a word that Isaid when I was cashing in a lotto ticket and then tried to blame me for not being ?specific enough? I waited at the registerfor quite some time before even being helped and then when he did ?help? me, he got things wrong. I?m done going to thislocation. Read more
When I walked into the store, I was prepared for it to be a complete nightmare based on other reviews I?ve read. Total opposite.... I?m totally blind, I needed to go in to get some cash back, in the form of singles, to pay for paratransit. So, I walked in,Victor was very polite and friendly, got me the beers I wanted, got me my cash back, and the store smelled very clean. I wastelling him about the negative reviews, and he was saying those must be intended for the other one on Scottsdale Road whichapparently is pretty ghetto. But this store is going to be my go to, at least for now. Other customers seemed very friendly aswell. I will be back. Read more
I really liked this location and upset I always overlooked it to go to that newer store on Scottsdale rd. The one on Shea is by... far superior in almost every way. Sure, their selection and store size is smaller but their customer service and cleanliness isleaps and bounds better than the one down the street on Scottsdale rd. If you have the chance, skip that larger one and come tothis one if you want to feel like your business really matters. Read more
I live just across the street from this store and used it when it was the smaller version. Was excited when the small store was... torn down and a new bigger version was built but now I?m so disappointed in this store. Like a said I live just across thestreet but I?ll drive a couple miles from my house to avoid using this store. This is hands down the worst circle K that I?vebeen in around Phoenix and you guys should take a closer look at how much business you are losing because it?s never stocked andlooks like a tornado has torn through it any time I have to use it. This place always smells like sewage and rotten food. The cashiers are extremely rude and even though you come in here everyday... they want to Scan your ID.... the pumps don't always work the one across the street is better. Please do something about thesmell! Read more
Incredibly rude cashier right from the beginning. He told me to hurry up because he has other things to do. I do not think he... should deal with customers. I tried to pay with cash and he told me I can only use debit credit because he won't give me change.I only had cash so I walked out. I think I will go to QT from now on. He did not have a name badge on, all I can describe is heis a skinny little kid with black hair and a poor attitude. Read more
Not quite sure why I gave them a star, just assuming we have to. Circle K is usually a decent convenience store so I am not... dissing the company, just this location. Never get charged the right amount. Sign says one thing and they say "oh, that onlyapplies to this other specific one" which you can't even see. They even quickly changed the posted price right in front of me! Even the tax is overcharged and they say that's because the City of Scottsdale won't allow them to change their POSpercentage. REALLY! All the other convenience stores around have moved away. Too bad for us. Read more
Very convenient for the location and the Bitcoin ATM. But definitely needs to work on cleaning up the store.
