So I went into this Cold Stone Creamery at 7:30 pm on July 17, 2022, (also known as National Ice Cream Day) and ordered 3 ice... creams expecting to get my discount as advertised on the national Cold Stone website. I was was told by the server, ?I don?tknow anything about it? in reference to both it being National Ice Cream Day or the discount. How does that happen when the onlything you sell is ICE CREAM? It wasn?t even ?this store has decided not to participate in National Ice Cream Day discounts.?They knew nothing about it being National Ice Cream Day!!! Read more

Ice-cream was great! The employee (June 14th around 1pm ish) seemed in a hurry probably had some back of house things to get... done. Got the ice-cream mixed and cupped quickly. I just couldn't get over the off aroma. I've been to many a ColdStone in myday but this one definitely had a little bit of a funk to it. Read more

I Walked in first, at the paradise valley store and the immatured kids had zero knowledge about anything and the attitude was so... horrible that I just walked out of the store without even saying a word . They are good playing with eachother with a pen at thestore ( which they did ) and replied that they don?t know anything when I asked their opinion in ordering a cake becoz it wasmy first time there . With so much of disappointment I left the store and the next day went to the one in frank llyod wright. The yelp had very poor reviews of that store And I was so not having much hope . But there was this nice person named ? Katie? And she is the assistant manager of the store . She was so great . Helped me decide which size To go , which combo ?s to try and pretty much everything . I fell love with the quality of response and knowledge that she had . She pretty much brought inall the customizations that I requested for . By the way : I ordered a devil?s food chocolate cake With cake batter ice creamand mix in ?s were m and m , straw berry and graham crackers , mid layer was fudge ganache, Oreo frosting with cascading ganacheas top layer It turned out so well and thanks to Katie for being amazing and everyone loved the cake . Horrible customer service. I came in for a pick up order and was wearing a mask, and they (4 employees) completely ignored me... for over 10 mins. Then when I gave them the name of my order they said they were still making it, so I waited for over 15 mins.After 15 mins I again tried asking if my order was ready (had to wait another 5+ mins just to get help) and they said they willcheck, low and behold they grabbed it straight out of the fridge they have. They never notified me when they finish making itand made me waste my time. This happened on the weekend and it was the night shift employees (2 girls and 2 guys). The tablesare also very slimy, it?s like they never ever clean the tables. I also forgot to mention there was no one in line when I wastrying to get help! I will never come back here again! Place was not really that clean. Floors were a little dirty, tables were not clean. The actual cold stone that they use was... obviously not cold because the ice cream would just melt as they tried to mix it. We ended up with milky soft ice cream. Thatwould be expected if it was 110 outside bit it was only 80 outside. I won't be coming back. Read more

The manager here is super kind, sweet, and very generous with portions and grateful. The staff on the other hand are not very... professional. I?ve been in 2 different times with the same girls working and the first time my order was messed up. They seemdisorganized and always running behind. This time it was the same thing yet they were complaining in front of customersincluding myself about whom I?m assuming is their manager. It was not professional and not kind. When the female owner is in Ialways have the best experience and would give it a 5 star review, but because of the workers I have to give a 3 at best. Read more
