Local Craft Food and drinks restaurant in a good location. Friendly service, good food! Tried the Wagyu Sliders, pretty good... except there?s too much bun, and the burgers were a little too well done. Ordered the Deviled Eggs with Bacon To Go and they aredelish! Bacon is plentiful and CRISPY!! Perfect! Can?t stand chewy bacon! Interesting twist is they serve them atop a hollowedout slice of cucumber! It?s ok. An Order of the Deviled Eggs has 4 halves and it?s plenty! $6 during Happy Hour! $5 withoutbacon! There was a sweet note rolled into a scroll inside my To Go bag which had a nice note on the outside!???? Menu looksgreat, will definitely be back to try more options! UPDATE: 10/20/22 Southwest Chopped Cobb Salad was packed full of fresh,delicious ingredients! *The Dressing was very spicy ???? so I added Ranch and it balanced nicely! My friend had the Wedge Caesarwith Grilled Salmon. An interesting twist on Salad (see the photo). She enjoyed it. Service was a bit slow to begin, but goodafter we got served. First time at the place. The food and drinks for happy hour are plenty and delicious. The wait staff all seem to share the... tables so very attentive. Never knew deviled eggs on cucumber slices would be so good! Next time we want to try the watermelongazpacho. Make sure you don?t try to drink the cookhouse old fashion while it is smoking. I can not say enough about Cook and Craft. EVERYTHING was delicious! They have thee best brussel sprouts I've ever had in my... life! The cauliflower wings were so good that my husband, who does not eat cauliflower, said he can't wait to taste it again.The tomato soup was mezmerizing. My husband had the short rib and it was soo good too. The coconut mojito is refreshing andtasty, the prickly gin buck was great too. We returned from our trip to Scottsdale last week and had to write a review on this great locals place. In 7 days we ate there... for dinner, lunch and happy hour. When employees love what they do you get great service. Brandon, who we had the pleasure ofmeeting, knows what it takes to be the best locally owned company. Quality product and outstanding service. We are missing thisrestaurant already. Between our friends who came from Chicago to meet us for our anniversary, we had almost everything on themenu. If happy hour is your thing you can't beat it. Every meal was delicious and the presentation is 5 star. When burgers aremade from Brisket, chuck and short rib you know the quality is spot on. I won't bore you with every dish but know you are goingto get value and great food. For the service, our server most days was Tia and deserve 6 stars. She just loves what she does andit shows. Each time we came she knew us by name and served us our drinks by remembering what we had the first night. If we wereback in the food business, I would steal her and Brie in a heartbeat. The days we went back and either one was not there thestaff was still outstanding. Everything is delicious and the homemade desserts are a must. I wish they would open in Las Vegas.We did not eat the meatless burger. Short ribs, sandwiches are so great, I would eat there everyday if we lived there. Most ofthe people who were eating there are locals which tells you how excellent the food is. Wagyu sliders and filet sliders arekiller. We ate out on the patio each time and fur babies aloud on the patio. Some of the dishes we forgot to take pictures butthe chicken wings and all others were cobbled down before we took the pictures because the presentation made you want to divein.
