Food was good, semi fast, I had no complaints until I got home and one of the drinks I ordered was only half filled. It was... kind of busy so I understand, employees were nice. Just left 30 mins ago and ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter and arrived home to find no cheeseburger in the bag. Pull... ahead and take a number and wait 10 mins and they cannot fill the order complete. How difficult is it to have somebody checkthe number of items and verify before delivering to the car? I know, you have to assume they will screw it up and check thembut we pulled away without checking. Yes I was charged and attached the receipt. So frustrating! No I am 20 miles away andsurely don?t want to drive back for a cheeseburger. Moral of the story, you have to double check because there is no Managerensuring a process to verify orders are complete. Culver?s always has amazing food but this place is consistently backed up/understaffed and so there?s usually a significant, 15+... min wait. Today the speakers were broken so we ordered at the window and waited in the parking lot for our food. However, theroot beer shake slaps. I was skeptical because I love root beer floats, especially the foamy part, so I didn?t want to bedisappointed by a milkshake version. Oh man it was SO GOOD. Drive through was fast and employees were friendly! Our order was correct and portions were great. The malts were very tasty,... one of my favorites! Burgers were juicy and French fries were fresh, not greasy. I haven?t been inside before but woulddefinitely come back again. Read more
I can't even describe how awful this location is. They change their hours daily due to "staffing issues", never post any updates... for their hours for the day on any doors or windows, and when I call to verify hours so I don't waste my time they specificallylie about when they will close and then call me a liar later. I called to make sure they were truly open until the scheduled 10PM that Google says and they said yes. I show up at 9:17 with workers IN THE BUILDING but with the drive thru blocked off. Icalled and they sent it to voice-mail. I called again and they told me they said they closed at 9 and SOL basically. Incompetentand rude every time. Don't waste your time or money, if you can. Thanks for the tasty hair in my burger. Spent $20+ and also didn?t get my lettuce on my burger like I asked and is printed on my... receipt. Culver?s expected me to bring it back up there to replace it. No! Give me my money for my gas and time wasted andappetite absolutely ruined! I wanna be clear. I don?t even write reviews.
