This location used to be really great.. they hit a rough patch the last 2 months with price increases, slow productivity, &... general disorganization. They seem to have fixed it which is great bc I was getting irritated. I?d have one person telling me Icould order the ?all nighter? differently and save $1.50. But when I tried to the next time I came in, I ended up paying more?The kid couldn?t come up with a reason why & the manager (shift lead maybe?) who came over to explain didn?t have a betteranswer lol I didn?t really care, I just won?t order it either way anymore bc I?m not coming in to spend $9 on ONLY a bagel? it?sexcessive They also finally have almond milk again, not their fault it was on recall. For this being my first time at this specific Einstein?s, I was very satisfied by the wonderful service of the two women working... this morning. I ordered a free coffee thru the app with my purchase and asked if I could add sweetener and they were both sokind to give me some free this time since I wasn?t aware of the extra charge. I finally got around to circling back to the Einstein Bagel. I had stopped eating the bagels due to a rough Transitition after... it was sold. I will freely admit it was surely worth it, Kaitlyn served me and I am happy to recommend this location. They bakegreat bagels and make one great sandwich!!! Read more
It's 9:30 AM. It's peak rush hour time. And this store has the brilliant idea of having two cashiers serve customers, one of... whom spends 10 minutes (that's right 10 MINUTES), chatting up with one of the customers. What kind of idiocy is this? The othercashier is left to handle the rest of us, and she's doing a fantastic job by herself. The chatty dude finally decides to gracethe rest of us customers with his presence, starting with me. I go up to him, and NOW, he decides to act quickly. Walking aroundquick, tossing my bagels in the box quick, not even cracking a smile (I'm being petty here, but holy hell, I wanted to die whenI looked at his barren face).
