Just want to say this location used to need some work for sure! However today I came in, they were slammed and killing it! While... training (who the girl training was doing a great job too!) and maintaining a great energy and speed! Doing what they could withthe volume and limited space on the line for as many as could to Jump in and help out! Great job guys! Even acknowledging that Iwas still waiting without me saying anything! Tasty bagels but far less than enthusiastic service. I don?t believe we were thanked and do believe we were incorrectly advised... that they didn?t have plain cream cheese in the lower calorie variety. Price was also more than the comparable bagel with creamcheese at the PHX terminal Panera. How can that be? Read more

Ordered lox on a lightly toasted sesame bagel and a blueberry muffin for pickup. The lox came on an untoasted jalapeno bagel. ... Who eats lox on a jalapeno bagel? Yuck! The muffin was dry.
